New York pizza and pasta has always been a go to spot for me. I’ve been a customer since before the new location. The first time I came in after they moved I was highly disappointed. I waited a good 30mins for my food and my fries were hard. I understood they were busy and everyone was working hard so I gave them a another go. This time EVERYTHING was great! My fries were fresh and hot and so we’re my wings.(&& I ordered take out) The ranch NEVER disappoints! I felt good about the the price I spent for the quality I received 10/10 would recommend for me!
Food was cold, and WAY too expensive for how low quality it was. I've never seen greasy alfredo in my life till yesterday. Place was dirty and the bus boy was sloppy. Dropped a fork, seen it and left it for a waitress to pick up. New building is beautiful....needs a new owner.
So upon walking in the first thing I noticed is no sign saying to seat yourself or otherwise. There was also no specific place for a line just a sign that says "order here" that sign was on the counter infront of the cluster of people. After ordering there was no clear instruction on whether I should sit and be brought my food or if they will bring it to our table... so I sat down but ended up getting back up to wait by the counter. They handed me a cup... so I guess its self serve, which I didn't find pleasant. The food is OK but the tables weren't very comfortable. I'm thinking they made a mistake with the new place unless they are willing to remodel their VERY NEW building and retrain their staff. This is unfortunate as I used to LOVE NYP&P I hope they can get it right. I'll stick with Olive Branchuntil then. Service would be 0 star if it could.
Absolutely rude. They made a mistake and when we asked them if they could fix it they put the blame on us and said we'd have to pay for a replacement. We just wanted what we originally ordered. We aren't going to return.
The food is great. Staff is always friendly. I really love the Pizza's and subs. I have never had a bad experience here and visit often. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Since 2014 My husband and I have always made this our date spot. We would travel from Augusta Georgia 3 times a month just to have New York Pizza. Today we traveled to the new location just across the street from the old. We both were disappointed. We normally order the cheese bread sticks along with lasagna that normally included the salad. To our surprise every thing is charged separately. The personal service we received at the old place was awesome. The new place is self serve. They bring the food to your table and you fix your own drink. It didn’t seem like a little hometown feeling that we have grown to love. Great to see the growth just sad to see the loss that took place with the growth.
First visit to the new location. The grilled greek chicken salad has always been our go to carry out. Well they have new pretty bowls at the new place with less fixing and less chicken. I even think it is a different thinner less quality chicken. So far I preferred the place on the hill by far!
Go to spot for best pizza in Greenwood.Love the new location. Owner is an awesome guy! Very friendly staff. Fair prices.
Pizza was delicious and fresh remind me of New York. Staff was friendly and professional.
Great food but terrible service. I called over 20times and it rings twice then I get hung up on and it happens every time I call out there. If I do manage to get through to someone and place an order I get there to pick it up well after they tell me it will be ready and they don’t have it ready or have lost it or gave it to the wrong person.
