Miss Ann’s Chicken had really declined since it was sold the Patels. Miss Ann knew how to make chicken. But she also knew how to take care of customers and employees alike. Worked there for 7 months and was treated horribly. Never got a raise and was never laid overtime when I worked. The bathrooms we are expected to use are deplorable. Miss Ann is very much missed.
I didn't dine in, and i had fried gizzards, to me they were very good if you like fried gizzards, so anybody's that's visiting Greenwood, SC should stop and try them but not just the gizzards everything else
Always good we stop here when in Greenwood hungry or not if we don't eat it then we'll take it home for dinner this place is a staple in the community and surrounding county's
For me seasoning is everything, for fried chicken. For me not enough garlic, salt or paprika
If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude woman today could only have 3 packs of hot sauce for 10 pieces of chicken didn’t even offer to let me purchase more and the prices have gotten outrageous. Food isn’t half as good as it used to be either and not near as much for price! Miss the days this place was awesome!
Every time you go in there’s no chicken. You’ll ask the employees BEFORE ordering if they have what you’re looking for, they tell you yes. Then someone comes to the register(which is in close proximity of the kitchen) and tell them o we don’t have that after you’ve already paid. Then they try to give you something which is not even the equivalent to what you paid for. The communication is off and if they dropped enough chicken throughout the shift that wouldn’t be a problem. This establishment has gone down since new management has came in!
I went there this afternoon around 5:15 the cook was eating behind the line he tried to hide but I still seen him and when he finished he didn't wash his hands. The chicken was not fresh and the fries was cold. I'm done eating there.
