Easily the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Went through the drive thru and waited at least 15 minutes at the 2nd lane. They took 3 orders from the other lane before even acknowledging us. I'd never go to this location again, but its the closest to campus.Whoever is in charge of night crew needs a pay deduction, and a babysitter to keep them doing their jobs. To busy inside joking around.

I’ve been here several times and the one down towards new Springs Church. Both of them suck and are Very very slow. I think a Sloth moves faster than both of these locations combined. Get new management or get the hell out of Greenwood.

The young man that took our order was extremely polite BUT the young girl that was delivering food had on gloves that were dripping with some type of liquid. The ice machine was broken and we asked her to get us some ice and the young girl went to get my wife's cup and grabbed the inside of it. No telling what was on the gloves. I told her not to touch the inside of my cup....The manager was very rude to one of the workers just because he was trying to fix the ice machine. Verbally abusive in front of customers. Telling him that was not is problem to fix, get back to work. This will be my LAST time going to this McDonald's because Greenwood has 2 other stores that treat their customers with RESPECT. To the young man that was taking orders, if i was you i would quit or transfer.

They double charged me for my meal, but the store manager took care of me right away. Even tho I would give the workers a lower rating, the management taking accountability for the mistake and correcting it without incident made up for it and continues to give McDonald's a five star rating in my review.

I literally love this place ❤️ (Except the bathrooms don’t go in there ???)

Sat in line 10 minutes and no buns for Big Macs

There is always a line of customers waiting while employees seem to be standing around doing nothing, and the orders are hardly ever correct. The employees aren't necessarily rude, they just don't seem to have motivation for prompt customer service.

Food not a good quality and prices to high. I only get chicken nuggets and most of the time they have a rubbery taste. Meat in hamburgers not good.

Came through the drive thru 3-5-22 at 9pm. The speaker kept cutting out & I couldn’t understand the woman over the speaker. I finally was able to understand her long enough to order our food. She greeted the car in front of me at the payment window & was pleasant to them. And then told them to have a nice night. When I got to the window I greeted her & she didn’t look at me or reply to me. She snatched my card from my hand. She stuck my card & receipt out the window. I grabbed them & told her “you have a good evening” & she rolled her eyes at me & made a hmmf sound. Then proceeded to be pleasant & respectful to the car behind me. I’m sorry she couldn’t understand me at the speaker but that is no reason to be nasty to me & my child at the window. That is uncalled for. My 10 yr old son even asked why she was mad at us. Maybe she needs to be trained by Chick-fil-A on how to interact with customers
