We went into the dining room at 5:40 PM Thursday 4/28/22. Decided to to dine in because the drive thru line was out into the road and never moved. Upon entering we were told that the dine in was closed because they were cleaning. I couldn't even order take out at the register. One person was compacting trash cans with a poker and two other employees were sitting on their butts. I'm done with McDonalds.
I've been a Google guide for a very long time yet I have NEVER seen a McDonald's this disgusting. Couldn't find a clean table. Even the ones marked sanitized were clearly not even wiped down. Normally I'd say they were understaffed or they were very busy but we were the only ones in the store. The floors were extremely dirty and you could see the grease on it. We are fairly new to the area. Our first time here. What has happened to inspections for cleanliness???? Not a health inspector but if I were I'd shut it down.
This McDonald's has it's stuff together. Fast, courteous service and our orders were right. Yeah finally ?
I have to be honest about my visit.I stopped by McDonald's to pick up a 20 pack of nuggets. There's three stray cats that hang out in my yard.They love Mcnuggets.I get them a 20 piece pack two or three times a week.
I mean…it’s fast food so my expectations aren’t extremely high, but this is unacceptable. The drive thru was not busy and this work of art even took someone extra time to create.Part of my order was also incorrect and I was not given the sauce I asked for.
Food lukewarm. Ice cream machine always broken (the one on Bypass). My sister & I are highly allergic to onions. Usually they are on the burgers. Ask for a new burger with no onions, they just take them off & serve me the same sandwich - the onion juice is already on the sandwich & we still have allergic reaction. Enough onions or juice can put us in the hospital.
Average food, sometimes a mix up, but accurate for the most part.I've had laughs with some of the employees, and any mistakes made were quickly fixed.For the most part they practice covid awareness. And the dinning area is clean.
The lady at the drive thru was really friendly and got everything right The food was hot and good.
This location is the Bomb. Com!! The crew and managers are nice, friendly and fast!!
