You all need to revamp your cashiers, visited tonight, cashier was just as unconcerned, took her time before she took my order, no Thank You or nothing, took my money and walked away. Asked someone else to fix my ice cream, it took so long I walked out. First thing she did wrong was actually leaving home for work with a black head wrap on her head. I know that’s not part of the uniform, she had a bad attitude, and her clothes were dingy. You all need to do better. She’s the type of employee that had given you all a bad name. Just down right disappointed.

Worst experience ever at a McDonalds. 45 minute wait at dual drive thru at 10:30pm only to receive food that was not prepared properly, stalest bread I’ve ever been served and stone cold. Either the staff is incompetent, doesn’t care or is just plain stupid. I understand the difficulties in hiring these days but if this is the best you can do you should just close the doors!
It's a 50/50 here. Breakfast is always fresh but it may not be what you ordered so be sure to check your food before you leave. And be sure if you don't want it on the burger that you specifically say that multiple times and expect it to still be there. Good Luck!
Horrible service..this was on a Sunday about 12:30pm. I had to correct the lady twice on a small order and she still didn't get it right it was 2 fries and two mc doubles. Honestly I'm not surprised she didn't get it right because she had 2 or three people beside her all talking and giggling about something outside of work. I'm not going back to this place. Good luck getting your raise lol
I ordered sugar free french vanilla ice coffee. This is the 2 time this has happen with the coffee. Last week as wellI have not gotten what I ordered here Also last week chicken was wrong
Always check your food before leaving. Wrong order more often than the correct order. Employees could care less and have horrible attitudes.
Not sure what is going on with McDonald's of late; all their places serve cold food weather you order inside or drive thru, but I am not the only person who has all but stopped going to them.Some owners need to get their stores under control before they lose money.Chaplain White
Food mediocre and cold. Never can manage to get the order correct nor do they have the shamrock shake. Its ridiculous to pay $40 a visit and they can't provide a decent hot meal
Went to what is supposed to be a 24hr store. Arrived at 11:20 PM. There were workers standing outside and told me that I’d have to wait for third shift that they could not take my order. Unfortunately I did not have the luxury to wait and this is the only restaurant open this time of night other than Waffle House. So I had to go without eating tonight due to having to go back to work. Thanks for letting me down again McDonalds of Main Street Greenwood SC!!!!!!!
