Good food but the people working should be much better trained in actual customer service they tend to be rude and they will take the phone off the hook need better people and management

All was very nice experience and the pizza is really great. The lobby away closed so there was a little confusion about whether they were open or closed was somewhat odd, but even so I'm giving them 4 Stars
Placed order online and received 30 min wait. Arrived at time of estimated completion and told they needed 30 minutes. Went to Food lion and came back 30 min later and told to park and come back 15 minutes later.No hot and ready options to substitute. If we hadn't paid online in advance we would not have ordered.
Really good but they had gotten my pizza wrong with pepperoni manager made me a whole new pizza for free. He was super nice about it.
