Always takes 20 to 30 mins to get ya food always out of one thing or the other
Chicken was over cooked and tasted like bad grease.
Not like KFC use to be. Wings are small, coleslaw was dry and biscuit was little and hard. Very unsatisfied!
The KFC beside dairy queen has great service , clean dining area and restrooms. Our food was ready in about 10 mins or so absolutely delicious. A lil pricey but not too bad for 5 people $40.
I went there on a Sunday afternoon around 2:45 or 3:00. Sunday rush was gone. Nobody in line but me. I ordered an 8 pc bucket meal. Got to the window and paid and they asked me to pull up. Nobody behind me. I sat there. The nice little girl asked if I could pull up. I told her I’d pull up if someone came up behind me. Then, a very rude manager came to the window and demanded I pull up. I asked why. She said because her timer was running. I told her that her timer has nothing to do with me. She insisted I pull up. I politely declined. Nobody behind me, again. She then told me if I didn’t pull up she’s call the police. Haha! I told her to go ahead. I was sitting at a drive they window waiting on my order, not breaking the law. She got upset and slammed the window and made all kinds of crazy hand and body gestures and started slinging stuff around. I knocked on the window to get her attention so I could get my money back and go elsewhere, because I don’t buy food from psychos. But by then my food was ready. Completely unprofessional and unhinged. The purpose of the timer is to time the length of service so the owner can know where improvements need to be made. If they are asking people to pull up when nobody is in line, how is the owner supposed to get the info he needs to improve upon the service? Just ridiculous. I won’t go there again until I speak with the owner and get confirmation that things are being handled properly. If the owner reads this, I was there on Dec. 19, 2021 at around 2:45 pm so you can see who the manager was on duty. She was going to call the police on a paying customer so her timer would stop. Let that sink in…
I ordered a 12 piece meal it cost me $40. In that order I got 1 leg, 1 thigh, 2 breasts the rest were wings. You do the math for basically the same money we could have gone to a nice restaurant. Sorry KFC I used to like ya but quality has gone down and price has gone up. Won't be back

I love Kentucky Fried Chicken so much that sometimes I just go down there and stand outside the door and lick everybody's fingers off when they come out
