Waited over an hour for my food. Others who ordered after me got their food and left. Placed my order online. Said ready at 4:15. I write this at 5:22. I have screenshots to prove everything.
Click (LIKE) on my review to help. Small Town, downtown KFC should be good, but obviously under staffed. Look in the window and see no one working. No slaw? 2 ND time that's happened in 4 days no staff to prep sides? or no delivery? Thx China. And Joe Biden Flatuon for the jacked up prices... ( That are not KFC fault btw). Retail fast food is dead. Everything is just a chore and disappointment
The quality was horrible. We got tenders dinners and they gave us horribly hard and dried out chicken that I had to throw out bc they were too lazy to make fresh and you could tell it was old chicken that was dunked back in grease to heat up. I had to throw it out. We had to pull over and wait 20 mins and they still didn't cook fresh and forgot all of our drinks. Very ghetto and rude customer service. They need to train employees on how to speak to customers appropriately a d bots if they're talking to their friends.
We enjoyed the chicken sandwich and pot pie, came out in a timely manner And was fresh and a hot! We enjoyed it and will stop again soon when we come back through town.
Greasy...food. I will never return.
All 3 of my previous visits to this location I have been very disappointed rude employees food was either cold, order was not correct or missing items. Our last visit the crispy chicken had been fried again to reheat to the point that it was almost black. I won't return here anytime soon
The food was good. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and a pot pie.
My only reason for giving this four star rating is that when I went through the drive-thru I was the only car there. The customer service representative took my order for a number 1 combo dark meat and asked me to pull down while they prepare it freshly. I waited unbenounced to what was happening for almost 30 minutes only to find out I was forgot about. However the manager on duty tried to rectify the situation by offering me any additional request or meal. Thank you for that.
Actually visited here Tuesday & was right before 11a.m, I received the wrong sides & my drink was watered down. My chicken was not. Very disappointed
