Yesterday was very good and the service was awesome. The server was always sure we had enough drinks and napkins. The food was also awesome and very good for the price.
We were seated at a dirty table with no menus. Sat there for ten minutes before I went and got menus. We received our coffee that we ordered from another waiter, but after didn't see our waitress to take our order. We sat for 30minutrs before leaving... I am a manager at a restaurant and I can truly say I would not recommend your restaurant to anyone I know.
Horrible dining experience. Not just for me. Severalcustomers left, wanted refunds, and left unsatisfied. Slow service, food came out cold, and some order were never completed. Definitely needs better staff, more staff to handel Sunday morning and better leadership. The restaurant was not even full. No wait time to be seated but you definitely waited 45- an hour for cold food.
The wait was long, there was only one server, and kitchen was slow but the service was still great and the food was delicious. The wait was just a downfall of everywhere being understaffed during the pandemic. They did the best to be efficient and friendly.
TERRIBLE. Waited over hour for food and only had two other families in there eating. Never got syrup for pancakes. And daughter had ordered online for us to pick up and none of her order was correct. And got charged the wrong amount for meal but left money on table and left anyway so we would not have to spend the night to get it corrected. Will not go back there to eat again
Kitchen is slow but well made food. Waitstaff has greatly improved since reopening from the pandemic! Will definitely be trying again. Will update my review after my next visit!
My husband and I came here on a late night date and were so surprised! Our food was delicious, the California sandwich and burger. And our waiter Matt was very friendly. Definitely recommend over Waffle House!
Short staffed, new waitress...Awesome service, quick and efficient. Very pleasant and the food was cooked perfectly. Great experience and will be back.
Absolutely horrible, went in, ordered, lady and kid was already sitting in there when we went in, 35 minutes lady they still didn't have hers and her kid's food, they left, they didn't have any ice to put in drink's, after we waited about 45 minutes and still no food, we left as well. They were short of cooks, I get it but the manager wasn't being very nice to our server, which she was also trying to serve others as well. It wasn't the servers fault they were out of ice or that food wasn't getting cooked quick enough. I will never go back!! Bless the poor server!!
If it wasn't for the sweet and friendly staff, I would say eat somewhere else. There were 5-7 families who left because no one greeted them at the door, as they waited quite awhile before leaving. Our eggs on both plates were over cooked, bacon and sausage were undercooked, pancakes and waffles were cold (butter would not melt AT ALL) and had to keep asking for silverware which they didn't have time to wash so we got plastic instead. It was a hot mess from get to go. I do take into consideration that they were understaffed in the kitchen, thus we did not complain to our overworked waitress or send anything back. I will say the loud grunge music wasn't really professional for a breakfast service/atmosphere. I wish them well and hope they regain staff, I would hate to see them continue to suffer bad reviews.
