A group of us older men like to get together to go out and get supper every couple of weeks. Our meeting spot has always been the Huddle House. We always had a pleasurable experience until this past week. The waitress, Sabrina, had a very nasty attitude. We watched her with other customers and she was just as bad. We have decided while she is there, we won't be. Life is too short and money is too tight to have to put up with rude and short behavior. I really hate this because we really enjoyed meeting there.I know help is hard to get but sometimes no help is better than this.
Atmosphere was pleasent and retro. Server had alot of personality. She greeted everyone that came through the door regardless of what she was doing. Contantly had a smile and great attitude. Served are drinks took our orders. When she brought the food for our table of six. She incredibly was able to carry and place on table without a tray. There was at least 13 separate plates! It was quite impressive. She also had a great sense of humor. Food was very good. Bacon was great but a tad greasy if your watching your cholesterol. Over all a must stop if you like an authentic diner experience.
dropped to 1 star. Worse experience I have ever had here, kitchen staff fussing at each other, rude server, got my food 20 minutes after the rest of my table got there's. And it was cold on the bottom where it had been sitting.
Always pleased with any order I've ever had. Friendly staff. Very good food. A lot of new features on the menu. Prices very good.
If you can even get them on the phone! Will not allow you to order online it refresh's the page when you hit pay. Always avoid any work. Wouldn't this bad during covid.smh very disappointed. Have no clue how this place has four stars with all the one star reviews
I've stopped here many times for breakfast in the early hours of the morning (around 4:00 to 5:00 AM) because they're one of the few places I might get something to eat at that time of day. They seem to have problems keeping staff (high turnover). Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not due to no-shows. Sometimes you can eat in, sometimes it's take-out only (depends on available staff). Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometimes the staff seems annoyed by your presence. The food is inconsistent and its quality varies according to who they were able to hire to cook that day.
The waitress had started to sweep right by our table, I had to ask her if she would wait until we finished please. ( you know how stuff Flys in the air ) I didn't want anything getting on my food....
I always enjoy coming here, the waiters always seem to have a great attitude. No long waits, even though the mornings are jammed packed. Also the this huddle house is very clean compared to others, so if you're looking for a great place to have breakfast, come here.
I got a fried chicken salad. It was delicious and more than I could eat. Our waitress was super nice.
I do not. Like one staff I won't lil cook bakein and one staff talk smack so one talk like could could not here her so not come back she work here I going call my friend work corporate office
