Drive in only when I wanted to sit at a table.Ordered ham Frisco and when I'm down the road headed to work found out I was given a sausage Frisco!Had to ask what breakfast foods they had since the outside drive through sign was only showing the dinner menu.
Forgot one of my 3 sandwiches and when I walk in to explain the drive thru girl turns her back recognizing me and walks away. Never got my sandwich and the cashier just laughed. Hardee's will be gone soon too. What a shame
I was rushing to get to work and there was a line but I stopped anyway. Caryne was working the window and she was so nice and super fast that I just had to leave a review! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work! I was in/out of there in less than 5 min and there were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled up to the sign to order. Thanks Caryne!
No one is in line. But I have to go to the other side of the damn building & park so they can take their sweet a$s time. They all behind the counter laughing & talking & I haven’t even been handed my drinks yet. But she wants me away from her window so I gotta go park. Took 30 min to get Luke warm food but still didn’t bring me my drinks. My drinks were carbonated water. All 3 of them.
Food absolutely was disgusting. They gave me old refried tender the fries tasted half cooked overall just wouldn't recommend going to this Hardee's at all
Took close to 30 minutes to make 4 breakfast biscuits, unbelievable. Terrible, rude employees. Wasted our time and made us late.
Ridiculous.. went at my break to grab a bite to eat for lunch as I work the night shift only to find this place closed @ 9:15 p.m. on a Monday. Lights were on inside as well as building and the menu board. Pulled around to the window, honked, but no response. Times said 10p.m. close so the employees must have been hiding until close up time.
Every time we have stopped here been very clean and the team very nice and helpful it's nice to actually see the employees smiling every time we are in that area this is the place we stop for lunch
She forgot my drink cuz she was in a hurry to get back to her conversation. I ordered 3 large fries & was given 3 small fries that we’re only half full. I was given 2 ranches for a 3 chicken tender combo and a 10 chicken tender piece. Oh I ordered a 3 pc combo but was charged for a 5pc! Scared to get home & see what my burgers look like
I paid the exact amount only to be asked for another .25 cents. Extremely long wait for 1 order of small fries ?. They were not hot. Bad
