This more of a app review from this store . Food was good and service and friendliness of employees was great . But I'll be going across the street from now on . Spent $54 on one dinner and $48 on another within two days and signed up for the app . Just take a photo of the receipts .yea right ,out of 7 time submitting the receipt it got rejected , receipt unreadable , cut off ,dates to old ,and finally get a courtesy email saying as a courtesy the gave me the points as 2 weeks is there rule . So don't waist your time with the app ?
I’m not from this area and find that the employees are always so nice and friendly. Today an employee went out of her way to go look in the parking lot for my lost debit card and found it. She kept it secured until I could get back there. Absolutely recommend because their food is great as well as the service.
Eh ... I really want to like Firehouse subs because I think they do really good with helping get equipment to first responders.... But the food is absolutely gross... I got a meatball sub and there was so much oregano on it it tasted like I was licking grass. (And I'm Italian, so I have no problem with seasonings, but there's no flavor...) The service was good... That's really all I can say
I recommend the New York Steamer. it's delicious. the workers are very friendly and don't waste any time preparing your order.
The brownies made me feel like I was going to ascend, the tea is immaculate, and their subs and salads are always amazing
It was HAIR in my food, and they refused to give me a FULL refund. They only refunded 8.64 for the sub where the hair was...but why would I want the rest of the meal?? Which I left with them chips and a drink..we being legally robbed..why not wear hair nets to prevent the problem instead taking my hard earned money... Customer satisfaction should be the daily goal...
