Being in a wheelchair, when my mother passed away made it really difficult to process what happened and try to get some sense of normalcy back. Not being able to stand to prepare food for folks coming by, it was helpful that my sister Jo was already delivering catering orders for Fatz and offered to help me with food for those stopping by the house. Not only was the timing perfect, the food was delicious- as always. I’m proud to have someone in my family that is employed by Fatz along with a friend’s son. Tim has been with Fatz since they opened and although he works in the kitchen behind the scenes, if you’ve eaten at Fatz, you’ve enjoyed some of the fruits of his labors. Even after many years, he is still dedicated to his job and plans to continue working with the franchise for years to come. That is the truest testimonial one can get or give.

We eat at Fatz here in Greenwood SC quite often and have always enjoyed it. Never had a problem with the food being cold or order not right. Our server’s name is Kylie and she made a good impression on us her first time so we always ask for her when we go. She is very friendly and attentive to us without being bothersome like some places can be. She always smiles and makes everyone feel at ease, very good working with the public which isn’t always easy. Would highly recommend this restaurant and Kylie as your server!!

My family and I celebrated my niece's birthday here at Fatz and it was a great experience. The kitchen area was short staffed, so our meals took a little while (which was understandable). Our waitress, Kylie did an amazing job. She was super friendly and extremely helpful. She definitely made the experience enjoyable

The food was decent but what made the experience so enjoyable was our server! She had a positive attitude and came to check on my table multiple times. Her name was Hannah and I believe she was also a manager.

The positives: The rolls were fresh and good. My baked potato was cooked well, though oversalted. Our steaks were cooked properly. The negatives: The restaurant was overly warm. The booth seat was uncomfortable; we could feel the springs in the seat cushions and there was no solid back between booths. I could feel every movement of the person in the adjacent booth. Bathrooms were dirty. The ceilings were dripping water and there was a hole in the men's bathroom ceiling.Staff in general was sloppy. They wore overly baggy clothes and hair was not neat. We did not see anyone in the front of house smile. Our server could not tell me the beers on tap and referred me to the trifold on the table, which did not list any. When we ordered our steak rare, our server expressed disgust at the thought of people eating rare steak. Our server left empty plates and cups too long on our table, and when she finally cleared our plates, she took the order for the next table while holding our dirty plates in her hands. She carried drinks in her arms, up against her body, near her armpit. My husband's salad was bland, the dressing was flavorless, and his shrimp were not properly peeled. The firecracker sticks were cooked too long and were soupy. We eat out frequently and are understanding of current staffing issues. This was our worst restaurant experience in years.

For a chain restaurant the food is not that bad. They serve some food Calabash style, which is very good. The service was great and our server constantly checked up on us.The restaurant was clean and the wait staff constantly cleans the floor. One problem was the men's room needed to cleaned better

Sometimes it’s good, other times it’s not. It use to be delicious all the time but the rolls with the butter don’t even taste the same. I really wish it would go back to the way it use to be. The last time I ordered from Fatz, they left my entire plate of food out of the bag. They gave me everybody’s food but mine. And I live 20 minutes from the restaurant, plus it was late. Needless to say, I didn’t have dinner that night. Not mad about it, I was disappointed. I hate that things aren’t like they used to be. The world has changed dramatically.

Made an order online at 6:39PM. Promised time per receipt was 7:15PM. Only ordered a hamburger steak, burger, onion rings. I arrived at 7PM and signed the receipt from paying online. 7:16PM told "will be soon, sorry" 7:34PM told "sorry for wait. just waiting on your burger." 7:52PM Asked manager on duty for order, not ready. Asked for refund. Told no refunds for online orders. 7:54PM still no food and I left. The place was dirty and distressed. Needs the restaurant impossible guy to visit them. Called them 4 days later to speak with general manager. States again, no refund for online orders. Was I a hostage to my order? How long should one have to wait for the food? Had a small child with me who had been very patient, but we had to go. Will never go there again.

Terrible experience. Wings were so dry you couldn't even eat them because they were so hard. The whole place smelt like marijuana. Waitress stood by the table and talked the entire time. And she smelt like weed. Bathroom was ungodly. Waited almost an hour for our food and never got our appetizers had to cancel those because the food came out before.. never will go back again!

Got a to go box and left it on the table and went right back in to get it and it was already thrown in the trash. The girl apologized but I don't know why it was thrown away so fast. The food was good. Wish you would go back to the old rolls we liked them better!
