This happened once before, but decided to give them another chance.Ordered a pizza for delivery at 5pm on a Sunday and it got delivered 4 hours later. When it finally arrived, the order was entirely wrong and the food was cold. I called the store and the manager told me she’d refund me and hung up right away.Worst Dominoes i’ve ever ordered from in my life. The refund process is smoother and faster than ordering here. If you want local fast food pizza, just go to Marcos if you’d rather not waste hours of life.
Oh my goodness so good!!! Got the cheeseburger pizza and added mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. Plus they have 49 percent off right now.
I went in to pick up my order after stating it was completed and had to wait additional 15 minutes due to them saying they was still waiting on my cheese bread. Then the lady proceeds to tell me that they forgot to put my bread in the oven.
so normally we love dominos, but this visit was awful. I ordered online so when I walked in my order was almost ready, but there were 2 walk-in customers that inquired about placing an order and the store employees were so rude to them it really upset me. I can understand being busy and having a wait time, but not a single employee seemed like they wanted those customers business. Also, the food was not good. Very little cheese and a few slices with literally no meat (I had a medium beef and a medium pepperoni) I will probably be going to pizza hut or papa johns from now on.
Where do I start?? Did an online order that was supposed to take 15-20mins and ended up taking almost an hr. After waiting in my car for 20mins, I go in and was told the my order was in the oven. I waited inside for 5mins and he then tells me he was just putting it in. After waiting longer than the 10mins he told me it would take I asked for a refund. The lady with dreads informed me my order was coming out and she told another staff to hurry and get it out. She then proceeds to throw around and slam the crates she was getting her dough out of.... I guess she was mad. Either way there were quite a few people that were not happy with the staff tonight and no they were not short staffed. People were coming out of the back just to talk and not help. I have encountered 3 of the staff before and they are not in the right place to be working in customer service. They will bring this company down with their attitudes.
Pizza is not great bur pasta is awesome
We have not had Domino's Pizza in years so we decided to give it a try. My wife used the Order Online and Carry Out which is very convenient. There is a Meter that shows how far along your pizza is so no wondering. We ordered two pizzas and a couple sides, the order was ready in seven or so minutes. The staff was really polite, I gave the order name and and was out. In all the ordering to carrying the pizza out was under ten minutes.And the pizza...the pizza was suppose to be hand tossed but there was nearly no crust. So personal opinion on crust will decide if that's a pro or con. The bottom crust is also pretty thin and flimsy.The pepperoni pizza tasted mostly of cheese and pepperoni grease. Kind of like a Little Caesars pizza that has sat a while and lost most of the flavor. Not what I was hoping for.The Buffalo Chicken pizza was right on. No complaints. If you like buffalo wings you will probably enjoy this pizza.The sides were great. The cheese bread was probably the best cheese bread I have had in years.And the cinnamon twist were also great.The meal was a little pricey with the bland tasting pepperoni pizza being my main complaint.Overall the experience was positive.The ordering and the customer service were great.The sides one Buffalo pizza were great.The pepperoni pizza was just a little too greasy.
We were in Greenwood for a softball tournament and ordered delivery from this Domino's. At first, they were going to charge me $55.67 for 2 medium pizzas and 3 garden salads. Once I questioned her about the total, she changed the total to $37.85. The salads was brown and we couldn't eat it! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
Took almost 2 hours to be delivered after it was ready. Everything was cold.
Pizza tracker stopped by store and I did not get my pizza in 2 minutes
