Haven’t been to the Greenwood Dairy Queen Grill & Chill (217 Highway 72 By Pass NW, Greenwood, SC) in quite a while but, take my advice and don’t even attempt to go. It’s not worth it. Customer service is terrible and twice they handed us MELTED blizzards that definitely didn’t “defy” gravity. No refund offered, no apology, nothing. Ridiculous.

I've never had an actual meal there before but the icecream is pretty good but the reason why I'm rating 3 stars is because it smells like a public restroom in there. It was so bad I had to walk out. I'm guessing they never cleaned the inside the whole time the indoor dining was closed.
Got a chicken sandwich. Cold bun , old browned lettuce, enough mayonnaise slopped , only on one side of bun , for three sandwiches.Restaurant ice cream prep area was disgusting dirty. I spent 30+ years in the DQ business and I would have fired the entire crew and managers.No wonder this restaurant is barely making it.
So enjoyed it.Took my great niece bb and the James...Very friendly, nice, staff.Clean.
Needed ice cream. They had ice cream. Everyone was happy!

The interior is a little run down, but the food (hamburger, fries, blizzard) was good.
The food is good and always hot when I get it, which is more than I can say for other fast food places.
Ordered a PEANUT BUSTER PARFAIT.....girl at window had zero personality and they aren't very generous with the fudge anymore.....dissapointed.
