I don't know how the food is as of yet but they do NOT have several items that are on their menu. NO Jumbo Shrimp and also No Cole Slaw. Just ordering now. I hope what they do have is Good. I'll let you know after I eat......Well the food was very good and I enjoyed it very much. The fries that came with my fish plate were some of the best. My wife really enjoyed the shrimp. Also there was no HushPuppies that came with the dinner plates . I ordered an order of Puppies and they were good as well. Overall was good but need to get some Cole Slaw and Jumbo Shrimp. Ordering experience was a ONE but FOOD WAS A FOUR.
Order food online like always. Got the text message food was being prepared. Got another text message food was ready. Got to the restaurant they told me I didn’t order any food. The young lady told me I would have to pay for more food. I showed her the text message and where it was paid. But she told me she couldn’t give any free food. I didn’t want free food I just wanted the food I paid for. I love their food but customer service is trash.
I ordered the 3 piece cod dinner, everything was over cooked, fish was fried to a crisp, fries as well, and super salty. I couldn't even eat it. My hubby ordered the Tilapia and wings meal, the fish was unseason, wings were over cooked (better seasoning though), and the fries were loaded with salt. Be prepared for a long wait too. First visit was also my last.
Food was ok and the customer service was HORRIBLE! Breshawn had such a nasty attitude from the moment we walked in. She acted like we were bothering her. We couldn’t hear her that much because she was talking so low. Our order was sitting on the counter ready and the guy (who apparently can’t speak English) signed languages to her to see if she called the orders because she was TOO BUSY on her cellphone. If they get rid of her and place someone who actually knows customer service and likes their job, the place might actually be an ok restaurant.
These are kind sweet people-working hard every time I go in.Food is cooked to order and wait time is acceptable.fried rice is huge- side portions are adequate as well. Casual atmosphere.Fast fried fish and wings are good. Seems clean and orderly.
Terribly poor customer service. Placed an order over the phone today. Husband went to pick up the order but didn't receive the complete order, only shrimp fried rice. He went back to the restaurant with receipt to let them know they didn't give him the 8 wing chicken dinner. They said he needed to bring the order back, which he did. When he returned this time, Angela (Angie) said that the man in the back said that he looked on the camera and saw that my husband was given two plates. My husband told Angie that he only received the rice. She and the man at the back basically lied about seeing my husband with two plates on camera. Angie said all she could do was offer my hubby 20% off if he wanted to get another order of chicken. They basically took money from us since we never received the chicken that they had left out of our bag. They were already in two other disagreements this evening because of leaving out something from someone else's order and poor customer service. Please turn your phone cameras on when you enter the restaurant to record your transactions to make sure you have your proof should something like this happens again.
I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but you have to so I could leave a review! The food was in small portions first off then they over charged us $54 the lady said I could substitute an item for another then gave us the platter we sit down and they charged us for the item we wanted to substitute for took the item we wanted to us to substitute out of the platter and still charged me full price for the platter ! The lady wouldn’t give us anything back she wouldn’t refund our money even though we hadn’t touched the food yet nore would she give us the missing item to complete the platter ! Worst customer service everPlus we ordered wings for our son and the rude lady said they didn’t have hot sauce then when we got to the napkins etc our son looks at the condiments and to amazement they have a full thing of little hot sauce packs smh

They have the best seasoned fish, hands down! I always get the shrimp Rice Bowl and two very large fish fillets are included. They give you an abundant amounts of food. I cannot eat all at one sitting. Next day I make a fish sandwich, it's so delicious! It does take more time to get your food once ordered but it's because the food is cooked when ordered. I rather wait on hot food than to have cold food faster. If you're in a rush, call in your order and it should be ready or almost ready when you get there, then you can choose to eat in or take it to go. LOVE their food!
The wait time is ridiculously long and the lady that cooks in the back is unprofessional because she is on her phone while making food and that is cross contamination. I feel bad for the cashier because the customers take the frustration out on them. 0 stars
