We order online a lot, and Chili's is usually one of our goto spots and the orders are always perfect. Not this time though, ordered a shrimp Caesar salad and got chicken, and a second salad that is very small - it's half the size I would have gotten a month ago. We also ordered an appetizer of egg rolls, which comes with 6 according to the picture and we only received three. Not sure what's going on, but I'm saddened by the takeout order from a usual staple restaurant.

I have ordered to-go meals from here several times. They have never, not once, gotten it right. They do not fail to leave off the drink you ordered, send the meal without sides, or get the wrong meal altogether. Most recently, they sent uncooked chicken and forgot sides. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order anything to-go from this restaurant. They are incapable of fulfilling a to-go request.

Have been going since this place opened. It has steadily gone down hill. Recently went to try an eat. The place wasn't even half full and were told it would be a 10-15 wait because the kitchen was backed up. Seriously? I was looking at 6+ tables open in the regular area and 3+ tables in the bar area. The owner and management needs to step up or this restaurant will be closed just like others in Greenwood.

They didn’t put any green onions or jalapeños on my Texas cheese fries. How do you mess up such a simple task? Even customers know the ingredients.

Was sat down for 15 min & no one came to help us. Several tables were sat down around us & helped while we sat & waited. If it wasn’t for my husband I would have left. We had a movie to catch. By the time we got our drinks we had been seated 25 some minutes

I ordered a burger using Door Dash. There was an option for pink, they did the opposite of that. They burned the burger to a charcoal crisp and the patty was half the size it normally is. This was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. It was barely edible. I've had good burgers here before but won't be coming back.

The food was just not as good as I'm used to at Chili's in Huntersville, NC, but it was acceptable. The corn chips were thick, and I usually get very thin crispy ones. The salsa was very hot and spicy, so the waitress brought sour cream to tone it down.

We had to stop someone to even take our drink order. Other people were seated after us and ordering before us. And they was out of certain food. The chips was stale. I won't be coming back to the establishment.

It was our first time eating at this Chili's since we recently moved here. The greeter was very courteous. She greeted us with a smile. When we went to leave, she was sitting another party but still made time to thank us for coming. A waitress for another table rudely jotted out in front of me when I was trying to stand up from our booth. She darted in/out of me, the greeter, and the new party being seated. Our waitress seemed unaware of Chili's reward program. She kept forgetting stuff like to-go containers for food and drink and our dessert we were taking home with us. She just seemed unorganized. However, she did a great job bringing us our refill drinks before we even thought about asking for them.

Positives for their order to go where you never have to leave your car because the employees come out to you to collect payment and bring your food out. The food is pretty good but not always cooked how you request. We asked for a burger well done with no cheese and ended up with a fairly pink burger and 2 slices of cheese. Once you get it home, it’s kinda late to ask them to fix it.
