Great food, but they almost never fill the your fry all the way up, and every time you go through the drive through they forget something.
This location of Chick-fil-A has gone down hill over the past couple of years. It doesn’t seem to hold the high principles that Chick-fil-A is known for. Lately everything seems so unorganized especially with the mobile ordering. They never know what table to bring the order to and I have had food left on the to go rack for a long time before I realized it was sitting there. I put my table number every time and they never know where to bring it. Usually the food isn’t that fresh and the order is usually missing something. The curbside pickup was nice but of course they got rid of that. The food is no where near as good as Chick-fil-A food is supposed to be. I used to never have to worry about food taking a long time to be brought to you or that the order would be wrong but here lately every time it is like that. We used to love Chick-fil-A and I hate to say but this location has turned us off of going to Chick-fil-A.
Hard to beat a good Chick fil A sandwich and the service is second to none. Amazing how quick they are and get your order right every time.

Chicken nuggets were pretty good but I threw the waffle fries in the trash soon as we got home, they were cold and very greasy. Definitely not a do over.
Order a kid meal when I receive the fries they were warm/cold i let the the cashier know she gave me more fries drove off the luke warm what does it take to get hot fries it was at 9 30 so the service was poor did not want to cook fresh fries and the nuggets was hard again atn9 30 poor service
Going through the drive thru can be a gamble. The employees are easily distracted when they ready to leave or go on break. The last few times I have went to Chick-fil-A, my orders has been wrong or they forget to put something in the bag.
