First of all, I had to wait for the employees to finish their conversation before they decided to take my order. Second, my friend was given a medium fry and drink when he ordered a large. Third, they ordered and paid for deluxe sandwiches but they were given regular sandwiches. Rude staff, messed up order, just overall not a good experience. Ill go to the chick fil a beside the mall next time. They do a lot better there.
Was not impressed with the staff of this location. When I think of Chick-fil-A, I think of excellent customer service and this location does not live up to that expectation at all. It reminds me more of McDonalds.
Me and a friend went to get something to eat. Had to turn around and go back. The order wasn't ours. When we got our meal we sat in the parking lot to eat. My friend had taken 2 bites out of their chicken sandwich on the 3rd bite he got a mouth full of some sort of plastic or saran wrap. He took it back and they did not fix him another one so he asked for his money back and they said they couldn't do that because they had already counted the register for the night. I wished I had taken a picture of what came out of the chicken sandwich.

I placed an online order and it was not ready when we got there they could not even find the order. This is not the first time I've had this problem My advice don't pre-order online.
Food is good, service is good. Would love to have back the strawberry sundae.
