one of the employees brought her kids to work. The kids were climbing all over the tables and seating. They would not leave us alone. They were in our face and asking the same questions over and over and coughed in our food. No sweet tea and they wouldn't even make it. Poor quality food.do not stop in here. go somewhere else and eat.
Charged me for onion rings even though the lady said they didn't have any. I asked if she took it off, she said yes, but my total went up. when I asked for a receipt, she said that the machine was broken. I asked if they could print off the receipt from the front and I could just go inside and get it, then I got snapped at, "No! if you order in the drive thru, u can't get a receipt!"
The food was bad,cold and old. Debit was down,so the very unfriendly manager asked me to go to the drive thru lol. I told her to pls take 3 steps and ring my order up at the drive thru. She looked at me for head to toe and finally did. Unbelievable how these females treat their customers. As if we were their children. All this was uncalled for. Well the neighbors dog got good dinner,because it sure wasn't anything I was going to consume.
For one the phone number listed is not the right phone number. I tried calling because I got an Egg Normous burrito that was SUPPOSED to have bacon and sausage on it. However, there was only bacon and very little at that. This place has gone down hill fast. Lack of help is NOT an excuse as I was literally the ONLY customer there at the time. I will NOT ever go back. Now I see why no one else was there and I was the only customer. ? First picture was what they gave me, second picture is how it's suppose to be made. ??♀️ Get it together or CLOSE the place down!!
Great, friendly,and caring manager.The rest of the staff are doing the best they possibly can with what other staff was working. The food was great regardless of the staff shortage.I enjoyed my visit inspiteof situation with staff shortage.!This is my favorite fastfood restaurant as well!Thank for the service given to me!!!!
My croissant tasted good but the bread was peeled off should not have been use. Presentation would be one star.
In general I give BK good marks. I Iove a good fresh. This greenwood south main restaurant never impresses me. They are slow. rude. Poorly managed. i went through drive through. Ordered two whopper meals. Both to leave something off. get home.the only thing left off was the cheese. But still charged for it. The buns were stale. Fries cold. It's my last visit here. south greenwood deserves better. It never changes here. Is there a regional manager for th Is area? If so. What are you doing? You are felling and are as much the problem as the many managers that come through.
This was THE WORST customer service experience at a fast food joint ever! I went on a weekday morning around 10:00 and there were maybe four to five cars in the drive-thru line. I quickly noticed that the line really wasn't moving, but it seemed there might be potential for it to start moving. I waited & waited (because at this point I had gotten sandwiched in by other cars) and when I FINALLY got up to the speaker, AFTER maybe 10 actual minutes of no one even acknowledging I was there, someone finally very dryly grumbled over the speaker: "please hold." I was thinking, "isn't that what I've ALREADY been doing here...waiting/holding?!!" Anyway, so I sit there waiting for another five or so minutes and nobody ever says anything else. I attempted to nicely ask how much longer it might be & simply got ignored. After waiting several more minutes I just decided to drive off because at this point I'd been waiting ENTIRELY too long...even for a poorly managed & poorly staffed fast food restaurant. While I was waiting, I witnessed no less than six other cars get out of line and drive off as well. Also, I watched other cars pull in, see the line wasn't moving and just back up and leave. Other restaurants have their stuff together so BK don't try to blame COVID because this is just unacceptable and ridiculous, even for a fast food joint like BK. Case in point: after driving off from BK, I went to another nearby fast food restaurant that had a much longer line & even less staff than this BK, and I still got a hot, fresh breakfast via their drive-thru in under 7 minutes. BK take note because the experience folks are having at this location is wayyyy less than optimal! It's not even mediocre. If you guys can't do better than this maybe you should consider just closing for a while.
It was alright, but they used to taste like they were Char-grilled. They don't taste like that anymore and I am disappointed about that.
This place used to be more consistent than BK across town. As of lately though they are messing up orders left and right, often leaving out the receipt. If you go here ALWAYS check your items before driving off!
