Will not be eating here ever again!! Horrible customer service,rude workers when they even acknowledge your there. Soda was awful,sandwich I ordered was wrong last three times I went. To the people working the cashier.....if you don't like your job you should just quit!!! Sad state because this burgers king is owned by Veterans,which is a huge reason why I was a customer. Going down hill fast. If you can't get the food right at least have manners and respect for your customers???. Won't be back sadly. If I treated my customers this way I'd be out of business myself.
I give it a 4.5 cause nobody seemed to look like they were working fast except for the older lady she was mostly doing everyone's job while taking orders too plus going back there to do the cooks Job also, I loved how she handled it like a pro and chicken nuggets didn't taste the same as they did day before at the bypass store, this store wasn't so tender and they taste totally different than before
I ordered a whopper chicken fries and two large fries i get to the window and they dont have my fries they didnt charge me for them so i ask if they can do it really quick they said no because i was at the window and they where busy as if they dont have fries precooked and they have never gotten orders correct
It depends on what time you go to this Burger King on what kind of service you get I ain't even gon lie some days they are on point someday you get cold as food

Very sad, customer service was non existent. In the 20 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich, many people walked in and seen the sad state of things and walk out. And I was the only person at the counter. 3rd strike and now I go back to Chic fa Lay. Another American brand going down the drain.
the service was very bad and is not the first time that happened and they always missed something from my order

Very poor costumer service. I came here on my lunch break and went inside and almost the whole staff was sitting in the dinning area having some type of meeting while the drive thru had about 8 cars waiting. Meanwhile in the inside they only had 2 ppl struggling to make sandwiches and take orders while their coworkers stand there and watch. It took about 25mins just to get my order. I probably will never go to this burger King again as it was the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food place. ???????
