your service sucks! no manners, employees are arguing, they could care less if the customer gets anything! done with them...
The Food and Service was great. The Manager was very good and helpful what was good for the right price. The Manager was from the Lauren’s store and look like she working hard to whip the place into shape.
Easter Sunday morning near lunch time and it was super busy. The staff was so friendly and efficient. As we listened to others order, some with special requests, each staff member accommodated with smiles and kind words. When my husband asked the lady helping us if she was the manager he complimented them on moving so many orders through so quickly. She was so appreciative and graciously complimented her team as well. We are from out of town and were so pleased with this store’s excellent service. Well done!
Friendly, attentive cashier. My food was received warm and was quite delicious. My only negative comment is that the cashier had to keep apologizing for the rest of the workers behind her because they were cursing at one another. They were not fighting but using profane language in order to communicate and joke with one another. I used the drive-thru to get my food and for me to be able to hear such language through the drive-thru was quite shocking. If it hadn't been for such good food and courteous cashier, I would have ranked the restaurant much lower.
My husband was told at 7:53 the girl at the window said it would take 30 minutes for an 8 piece bucket of chicken. They were out she said apparently of all pieces that go in a bucket of chicken. Then she says they are out of mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans completely.....So he waits until 8:00 and they give him the bucket of chicken and he was confused because they told him at least 30 minutes....so please tell me why a chicken restaurant is out of chicken and sides and says 30 minutes to make it then has it after a few minutes???? Horrible service seemed like they were actually mad when he said he'd wait on the food to cook, like they were wanting to keep the food for take home or just didn't want to make food for customers ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
Went to both locations in greenwood and just set at the drive thru, no one took our order. Nobody answered the phone and there was employees in there. And greenwood wonder why their restaurants are going down hill, you can't run a professional business with unprofessional people. THANKS BOJANGLES FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF SERVING OUR COMMUNITY!!!
I got my food through the drive-thru and was sitting in the car in the parking lot and I opened up my slaw my first bite I got a Sharp piece of plastic in my mouth I I went back through the drive-thru and the manager just give me another slaw or the one that had the plastic in it and said that's all he could do for me
All my chicken wasn't fresh. Cashier wasn't Knowledgeable about parts of a chicken ?.She was a kind young lady!
I love Bojangles and I'll be back.. But the sausage that I had in my biscuit had so much gristle in it I couldn't eat it and the tea was bad it didn't even taste like tea you let me down guys
I sat in line from 8:30 to 9:00 only for them to tell me they are closed they don’t have any food to serve. Mind you they just gave the person in front of me their order! They didnt answer the mic in drive thru from 8:30-9pm when they didn’t close down until 9pm.
