HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to this location for dinner and the young lady at the drive through attitude was terrible. When I ordered my Chicken Supreme meal at the speaker, I asked for honey mustard. Got my food and drove up a little before pulling off because I figured people were behind me and noticed I had no honey mustard. Seeing that no car was behind me, I backed up and tried to get the young lady’s attention and she just stood there knowing I was trying to get her attention. After about two minutes of waving, she started throwing her hands up and doing these uncalled gestures through the window. With her knowing I wasn’t going anywhere, she finally decides to open the window and she knew exactly what I was about to ask because before I even got a word out, she said “we don’t have any sauce for you.” Like you couldn’t tell me this before even handing me my food and accepting my payment?!?! Better off going to the other location, furthest from me next time! WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!
Spent 26 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, lady taking my order was short with me and told me they didn’t serve chicken biscuits…. Ordered 6 Cajun biscuits, only got 5 but was charged for 6. No receipt given.Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Bojangles.
I've never seen a more disgusting dirty Bojangles anywhere. Im used to going to Bojangles that are immaculate. There was an older lady working. And I was watching them fill my order. As this older woman was filling my order I watch the other employees making fun of her and rolling their eyes. One employee hit the other employee on the arm as if to say stop.. it's very disheartening. When you see a woman of this age working you know she's not doing it for the pleasure She needs her money. And I can only imagine how she feels working there.
Honestly, I used to hit up this Bojangles pretty often because I worked in a spot where I passed it on the daily and I like their French fries. But probably the last five or six times I've gone over the last 6 to 8 months maybe? Every single time my fries have been cold, and it doesn't matter what time of day. Not only have they gone up by over a dollar, but they're not worth it anymore.I just went again today it was during lunch rush I was in line probably 10 minutes, for the drive-thru? Which isn't that big of a deal, but there's just no excuse to be scraping the bottom of the barrel for cold fries at 12:30 in the afternoon. So I think I'm going to avoid this location. There's one on the cross side of town that last I went has wonderful, kind employees and I've never gotten bad service or cold fries from. Should I find myself craving bojangles, which is rare nowadays, I'll make sure I go there instead.
I’ve been waiting for someone to take my order for almost an hour, shouldn’t happen anywhere especially if their not busy, management needs to step up
Was just at Bojangles went trough the drive through 35 minutes later at the window sat for another 8 minutes than drove off- wasn’t going to pay for fast food chicken that took almost 45 minutes to cook-
I went to this location on Sunday, Feb. 20 at 8:30AM. When I arrived there were about 6 cars waiting in the drive-thru. suddenly, they all began to leave. When I got up to the speaker, the girl said they were closed. I asked why they were closed. She said "because we're closed." I asked if they are normally closed at 8:30 AM on sundays, she just said "We're closed." was there a fire? Did the health department shut them down? Were they going to open back up later? As a patron, I thought I deserved at least some explanation. She did not think so. Perhaps the owner can respond and let me know why they closed at 8:30 that Sunday morning and turned away a huge line of cars?? I'll have second thoughts about going back until I get some sort of explanation.
After months of weekly attempts to eat here. They never have dirty rice and the one single time they did have it. It was absolutely horrible, it was more like a grease soup. (I could not even stomach the thought of eating it). They have also never really have the Bo-Berry buscuits. The couple times they did, it felt like winning the lottery..... But never actually getting the money. So I will never return to this location.
Got pintos, slaw, & unsweetened tea. Pintos dry, slaw had so much mayo you couldn't eat it. Tea is always good. Drive thru pays too much attention to what is going on inside to be fast.
The people who work here have the worst attitudes! They really could use some training in proper customer service.
