I usually do not do reviews but I had to. I saw all the great reviews for this place and was super excited to try it. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and it was absolutely horrible! The croissant was super soggy and the sausage smelled weird and definitely was not cooked all the way. I couldn’t eat it… the donut holes tasted as if they were fried in the same oil as everything else they offer at their restaurant. Extremely disappointed.
Almost as good as Krispy Kreme!
The croissants were out of this world! Maybe not the best choice going to a doctors visit, considering I probably ingested an entire stick of butter with that soft, delicious croissant.. cream cheese filled doughnut was wonderful hours later, and the kids loved the glazed.
Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs Eliana Russel , she's 100% legit and reliable. These donuts are actually fresh, and to my opinion, there donuts are way better than Shipley, I'll be choosing here. Love the donuts and donut holes
Placed my order yesterday afternoon to pick up this morning,was told that it would be ready at 7:30 this morning. Arrive to pick up 7:45 am they were still not ready. So much for trying to plan a corporate event with this guy.
The doughnuts were not cooked all the way and the employee was really rude. Save your money.
Rude, loud, un reasonable to deal with if an issue arises with order. seriously don't know what keeps them open. extremely unprofessional.
they first of all messed up my order I ordered six donuts and two chocolate eclairs the fact that I was overcharged was not important but it was my mother's birthday and that's what she wanted I did not get I tried to call the owner and let him know of this so he could make it right the first time he hangs up on me which is very rude I'll wait and give him time to get caught up because you can't go in you can only go through the drive-thru no one wants to do business face-to-face no more for some reason because of covid so I'll call back 30 minutes later he hangs up on me again and tells me to come back at 3:00 if my order is wrong I want it fixed now I won't be back can't wait to the new donut place opens up next to sports break
