Love the food and have no complaints about it. The problem comes from the manager taking any opportunity to preach his own beliefs about 5g, government tracking via debit cards, and other such topics. This really impacts the visit and environment of the restaurant.
The customer service was absolutely horrendous. The waitress was the rudest worker I have ever dealt with and this was one of the worst restraunt experiences I have ever had. When the waitress came to take our drink orders my brother said we were ready to order our food also. She threw a fit and said she only wanted to take drink orders and then mocked him. She then brought us coleslaw which was included with our orders but never brought our drinks. When she came to take up the dishes that the slaw was severed in, I handed my dish to her across the table and she yelled and me saying she was going to come around to the other side to get it. When she brought our meals out I told her I ordered a Dr pepper with my meal and she said she "forgot" about our drinks. I told her that was ok but I would wait for her to bring my drink before I eat my meal because it's a choking hazard. She came back with a Dr pepper and said "here's your drink so you don't thirst to death!" My dad flipped out and told her we weren't going to deal with her rude behavior and my family left without eating our meals. She stood at the window smiling and waving goodbye to us in a sociopathic way as we were leaving. This was my dad's favorite burger joint and it's a shame we were treated with such disrespect from the waitress and will probably never give them our business again. Just a very bad experience overall...
