Had a coupon for Chicken Nugget meal. Ordered, asked for large fries and large diet coke. Order taker told me that the coupon could not be used if I upsized. Explained I understood there would be an extra charge, so young lady took my order, chicken nuggets, large CRINKLE fries and large diet coke. Paid at window, handed bag and drink. Drove off and wanted to start eating. Received Luke warm chicken nuggets and BARELY WARM CURLY FRIES. Big difference. I will think long and hard about going back due to the waste of money.
Not fast at lunch. Waited 20 minutes inside. Drive up was very backed up. Cashier was nice and the fish and roast beef was ok.
I mean this ain’t really a big deal but for some people it would be… there was 2 employees outside together talking and smoking weed. To me that’s just a big turn off for somewhere I would want to eat.
Friendly staff and fast service, but the roast beef was sliced a bit thick and not very warm like they forgot to hit it with the steam thing.
i came here and they said they didn’t have the meats. very disappointed :(

Have your insurance paid up if you eat at Arby's in Greenwood.Last time I went through the drive through, both me and my personal assistant got sick.He was sick for several days.
Me and the wife enjoy this location(Greenwood S.C.)as it is always clean and the food is fresh and well made. Our last visit was even more exceptional due to the quality of guest service we recieved In the drive thru by a young female who was very pleasant from the taking of our order to the hand off. This shows not only great customer service skills, but also above par training.
Its Arbys in a small town, i have always used the drive thru. I can say the foods always good and correct. The employees are some of the most polite employees we have working at a fast food restaurant in Greenwood and i appreciate that.
