18 of my family members went to celebrate my sister's birthday they sit us together gave us time to order . We was treated with respect . There was a little mix up with the food took a little time to be served but considering the times short of help and waiting on 18 peoples and waiting on others tables we understood. The food was very good no one complained about the food or anything. The waitress apologized about the mix up and the food being late. We told her that everything was alright and we left her a big tip to let her know that she did good considering the situation. And yes we will be going back. To the waitress , thank you again. I visited this restaurant last night and was very disappointed. There were dirty tables EVERYWHERE, TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR, ABOUT 10 CUSTOMERS, IT STUNK AND DIDNT SMELL LIKE A RESTAURANT, AND THE RESTAURANT NEEDS PAINTING AND CLEANED N SANITIZED!! The worst experience I've ever had with Applebee's. My date and I decided to leave. Awful!!
Bathroom was a mess. But the food was very good. I would recommend Fiesta lime chicken on the 2 for 22 menu on the back of the menu but rice kinda didn't have taste
Waitress was fantastic! My wife has some unusual food allergies, and she went out of her way to talk to the kitchen staff and make double sure her needs were accommodated.
Our family stopped in for lunch while our shopping on Black Friday. Food was pretty good. What you would expect from a chain resturant of this type, but the service was refreshingly great. Our server, Chris M. , was fantastic, very attentive and helpful. We will be coming back to this location for sure!
Food was great. Waitor was excellent. Only bad thing is some guest were so loud i couldnt enjoy as normal for the loudness. Overall it was wonderful
I got the 2 for $25 deal, both fiesta lime chicken with boneless chicken wing for the appetizers. Ordering online or by calling does not get all the info passed along. I love extra mexi-ranch, I'll gladly pay for extra. And no pico de gallo or tortilla strips-they get soggy. But I always have to ask for the extra. The staff inside are GREAT!
I think they were short staffed. They apologized about the wait but the food was good so I didn't mind the wait.
