Very nice staff, employees. The order was Big- but correct! Really enjoyed nice service. Food was perfect!!
Usually okay. The service is very slow. They need to STOP telling people to go wait and park. They usually forget about bringing out the order. Ive had to unfortunately park several times when they say to do so and 10+ minutes pass and they don’t come out. My food is always just sitting in the counter. Service needs to improve by a lot. Otherwise good is usually good.
One of my favorite chicken places, but I'm unhappy with them at the moment. They have replaced their club sandwich on toast and lettuce and tomato with an abomination version that comes on a bun.It's a completely different sandwich, so why remove the original club? I was just telling my dad that the club was my fave, now when he orders it he's gonna get the wrong thing and think I'm a simp for liking some average chicken sandwich.
Burnt chicken and expect me to come back this time of night and have to be in person to get a refund. 40 min drive and gas, when you can see the issue. But that’s the best they can do. Can’t send a giftcard or anything. Come on now. No account taken into the inconvenience when they admit it was an issue with their fryer. ?
2of the girls behind counter very rude food took 30 min and had to ask for it to be taken out of window. Food cold fries terrible. To many things going on for no more help than they. Everyone in there and doing take out upset. I eat at Zaxbys alot and this whole experience was terrible. Wont be back there
I like Zaxbys, I really do BUT the drive thru always takes close to 30 minutes. This time I was on my lunch break and went inside hoping it would take less time. It did not. I shoved the texas toast in my mouth as I drove back to work (literally across the street) and barely made it back in time. It's a shame this zaxbys cant get people in and out in less than 30 minutes.
I went to get the Blue salad today. After waiting 25 minutes, I was given a salad with 1 chicken finger chopped in tiny little pieces on top. $10. for 1 lousy chicken finget. I got my money back and left. I'm never going back.
we were told to pull around cause they were waiting on chicken but after 20 mins had passed and probably 20 people gettibg their food behind us we finally got out food and it was cold and soggy. wont be back
This place fails me more than it ever succeeds in a good experience. If I place an order online they don’t make it until I get there. Highly frustrating when I’m hosting a party and give them extra time to finish just to wait. Throws my whole day off for large orders. Even if I place an order before work 45 minutes in advance they still “forget”. The line for the drive through wraps around the building tighter than Shaquille O Neil in a size 8 (USA) Women’s high heels. Since I’m in line at Zaxby’s might as well walk 8 feet to the Mexican restaurant since I’m in their parking lot. I’d put money Betty White in flip flops would lap these guys in a race. They move like their shoes are tied with their pants around their ankles 24/7. I keep thinking things are going to change but they seem comfortable with how slow they move and how over cooked their food is.
They have improved since last few visitsOnly complaint is the soda machine was limited on choices but that's expected with the stuff going on in the world
