Whoever was on the grill today between 6:00 and 6:45 pm, thank you. My toast was cooked to perfection. This may seem like a little thing to most but it made me happy. My toast is rarely perfect. It will be burnt or not even toasted at all. Thank you again!

Honestly this wasn’t my favorite Zaxby’s . It was a lot of teens working there and I felt like my chicken didn’t taste the same … only opinion, not a fact , but what is a fact is there isn’t enough space from where you order your food to where you pick it up. We were practically standing neck to neck waiting on our orders and the chairs that could be used to wait on orders is so closed to the register that you would most likely have a butt in your face while you wait. I just did not understand the seating arrangement. Lastly the drive through wasn’t working so I had no choice but to come inside ,where I was packed in like sardines in a can, trying to place an order.. whew ? I will not be back at this particular location( unless I can go through the drive through)

ur walk in service suck. young people not doing their job or knowing the menu options, I blame it on you for not training properly

Last few times we've gone here there can be 1-2 people in the drive-thru yet it takes 20+ min for food. Today we went there at 1130 and they still weren't open even though they are supposed to open at 1030.Please fix it, we used to love coming to zaxbys on the weekend. Now we have to avoid it.

Love the Texas toast . . . Chicken was awesome. . . But I didn't liked the spicy garlic sauce. . .

Do not order catering from this location! I placeed an order 24 hours in advance, received email confirmation and my card was charged but when I went to the store to pick it up they said that they had no record of my order. And then tried to tell me that I had ordered at the wrong Zaxby’s which was not true. Then they tried to get out of actually making the order multiple times and I said no that’s not how this works. So they scrambled to make the 12 box lunches and a salad, 30 minutes later they brought the food out and then proceeded to say it was my fault that they did not have the order because I did not call and confirm as well. I never once got a genuine apology from any of the staff and I never saw a manager. I was blown away…And by the time I finally got food and got it to the school I realize that the order was wrong and we were missing a third of what we ordered.

The location at woodruff rd is probably the worse one we go to. Every time we've been there either something is missing or something is wrong. It's better to go out of our way to another one

When ordering the boneless wings I ordered honey mustard wings not realizing there is hot honey mustard and regular honey mustard. And I was given the hot honey mustard .

Tonight was the worst experience ever!!! I placed an order thru the app and it said it will be ready at 745. I arrived at that time. The dining room was closed so I had to wait in drive thru which 5 car was in front of me. I did not get my food until 827. The fries were cold and unseasoned and the chicken was Luke warm. The wasn’t good. My valuable time was wasted

I went there on my way to work, the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Peoe were pulling off. I saw a guy standing at the counter and then another guy went in the door, so I decided to go in too. I got my order really quick. There were like 7 people back there and it seemed like there was 1 guy fixing food for the front counter and he was fast. I was in there for like maybe 8-10 min and he prepared one guy's order , and the next guy had a family feast, he had it done quick, then mine. I'm glad I chose to go in instead of waiting in the drive thru. And my food was hot and fresh, fries and everything.
