witnessed the wrong order being handed out to the wrong customer in drive thru in front of me .The driver handed the food to the passenger in that car and they drove off and then bagged back after realizing the order was wrong to return the order. The employee took the food back from the customer and walked back inside. I was at the drive thru window waiting on my order so i seen the employee only return back inside to get the drinks for the car that was waiting in the parking lot and returned back out side with the same food that was given to another car and gave it to the people waiting. They never replaced the food he just went in like he exchanged it grabed drinks and returned back outside to give it to them. This was very disturbing to see being the people in front of me was digging all through the food before returning it. They asked me to pull up because they were cooking my food I didn't feel comfortable and explained to them what I just seen they still wanted me to pull up so I just asked for my money back.
It's baffling how the drive thru takes 25 minutes (1 car in front of us). And yes the fries are cold and each meal is wrong. This location keeps going downhill.
I got a chicken finger plate with a side of fries and slaw. I have only been here once, so I can only speak for this experience. The tenders were small and dry. The fries were cold and soggy. The bread was not fresh. It was pretty clear to me the food had been sitting out for a while, and that they served me old food instead of cooking a fresh batch.I won’t return to this location.
I stopped here after walmart and my food came out so hot and fresh. I was happy with the time it came out to. Fast and hot
I've updated my review because the last few months have been a lot better with shorter wait times but the employees are 50/50 some nights are great and super friendly and other nights it seems like they're annoyed by my order
not only was there a comment from someone about my cough on the intercom but also i got the wrong order , didn't give the right food or drinks everyone seemed more concerned with other things poor customer services and even worse work attitude
Waited in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes. Our order was right but they hardly put any sauce on the boneless wings and gave us the worlds smallest chicken fingers. It's a small thing but when it's pouring down rain, you've waited half an hour to get your food, and are paying roughly $30 for fast food, the least it could be is made correctly. We have two small kids and this was supper so it isn't like we are going to go back to get it fixed and there was a mile long line of people behind us that I didn't want to hold up knowing how long we waited. I love Zaxby's and obviously they were busy but I wouldn't even be writing this if the food was correct. I don't mind waiting a while for it just make it right you know?
Definitely the worst zaxbys in the area. My food was under cooked and under sauce. Ordered a wings and things plate. Wings were very small. Barely a handful of fries. And a very upset stomach at the end. Definitely worth the drive to visit a different location if your set on zaxbys.
Disappointed the dining room was closed, but drive through service went pretty well. Food was served hot.
Zaxby's (Taylors lication): Just left.(Sat. Approx. 2:10pm), food is good, but ordered a 5 piece finger w slaw and friesI get back to work and only 4 fingers and no slaw. Geez- how hard is it?
