Updated 2022: It would seem this franchise hasn't is still stuck in COVID times. Encouraging the use of an app that only rewards when using a bank card. My order on the app was $9.81 Total. Yet when ordering the exact same thing and paying cash it was $10.47. The person at the drive thru window couldn't explain it but apologized. Sad situation I was polite and carried on. I won't be returning anytime soon.Past review:Fried mushroom & chicken was fresh n hot. The fries weren't. Women's restroom has dispenser for 4 large rolls of tp, yet they were empty. While the dining room was clean, the bathroom didn't seem a priority. Troy, our attendant tonight, was awesome! Super friendly, smiled, seemed happy to be here at work etc... great personality.
Stuck waiting in line for over 30 minutes for seemingly no reason. Line of cars backed up behind out to the road.Update: Finally had to give up hope at getting food as to not risk being late for a meeting. Every other Zaxby’s has quick service - even during peak hours. One car was waiting at the order menu for 10 minutes. Why? I hate leaving negative reviews but this was such a negative experience. No plans to ever come back to this location.
I went there first time 6 months ago and it was very nice. Nice and attentive personnel. I went back last night, after order an online pickup. Horrible. I got the food 30 minutes late, some was hot, some was cold. Customer service was a joke, basically ignoring you and laughing between them. Some people from the drive through came inside to see if anyone was actually working...Only a young lady who seemed to be the manager, or at least the only one to take responsibility, tried to do something but none of them cared.I don't know what happened, but they went down so bad.
Be sure to check your order.. I eat at this location regularly and 80% of the time I pay fore extra sauce and they never give it to me.. simple mistake but when it happens very frequently it adds up.
Had to wait 15 min before the person at the drive through even spoke to me then I was told there would be an extra wait again after I ordered my food even though everyone in front of me had gotten their food and had left. so don’t come here unless you want to wait for 30-40 min for your “fast food”.

Every now and then I like to get a Zaxby Cobb Salad. This salad is my favorite beside their Zenzalad, which they don't sell all the time! Usually there is a line to order and pick up. Not sure whether they have the dining room open yet!
I got a Cobb Salad today it was good but the only thing they left off the salad were the eggs
