Just ordered my food I asked for a 5 piece chicken finger plate with an sprite & Buffalo salad with ranch and extra 3 pieces of tenders get to the window the first order was correct but didn’t get my salad right so then they asked me what kind knowing when you order at the speaker they repeat it to you and it was correct. So back to the window they tell me the price and they didn’t have it in the order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I shouldn’t have to repeat 3 times if everything was right at the speaker
03/05/22 I came through the drive through and the young man taking orders at the speaker was so patient and friendly, even took the time to introduce himself! He answered all of my questions with no problem and made sure to say hello with a smile at the window. Thank you Eugene, I hope I have the pleasure of you taking my order at my next visit!
Very good place to eat. Eat there tonight 2/28/22 at 6pm. A girl employee in a blue shirt was cussing a employee in the kitchen. People was standing in line to be served. I was sitting at the front of the restaurant and she was very loud yelling. She had red brads in her hair.
Went inside 3mins til 12 to place a order they said the dining was closed.if the dining room is closed why are the doors unlocked its not like I was going to eat in just to get a togo order next time lock the doors really stupid on your part
The guy working inside at the front counter is so rude and they are more worried about taking a break instead of cleaning. No tea on outside to get drinks. Drink machine is over filling with ice about to dump on the ground. Line is wrapped around the building. Customers are in line inside complaining. Do better zaxbys.
Had to waste $49 worth of food because the chicken and fries were fried in bad grease. The food had a bad taste and smell. Will not be returning to this location.??????????
If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. It’s not rocket science to get an order right. All you have to do is read and check the bag. I wouldn’t complain if this has only happened once but it has happened too many times to count. Would never have returned after the first couple of times if my son didn’t love the chicken fingers. I will drive further next time to another location, like Mauldin Road where they are accurate and respectful. The manager has been worthless and just complains about my legitimate complaint. This is pathetic and not how a business should be ran. Suggestion: Make sure the people you hire are actually literate and know how to follow instructions.

Stopped at Zac's for lunch today and had the pleasure of having Ebony take my order. She was wonderful, it was a massive order for a bunch of nurses at the hospice center my dad is currently at. She was extremely patient as I was going down the list. This was definitely the most pleasant fast food experiences I've had in a long time. 10/10 highly recommend the Zac's bees off White Horse Road. And they pumped the order out in less then 10 mins! I was blown away! Thank you so much guys!
