at the ordering station i told the beginning of my order with no response after they said to order, had to say hello twice and repeat my order three times, asked her to read it back to me and it was wrongso i corrected it, got to the window double checked if it was right and it was. i paid them, sat there for about 20 mimutes about 5 minutes in i look over and all of the employees were looking at their phone with my order sitting on the counter . they proceeded to be on their phone for about 15 more minutes then they finally gave me my food i asked for sauce so she put them in the bag and was so focused on her conversation didn’t even look at me or tell me to have a good night. came home and my food was not correct, called and spoke to the manager on shift and my food was replaced but even when i went back the employees were still on their phone. this was very unprofessional, i’ve worked in fast food before but never have i treated a customer like this .
Every time I come to this location they are RUSHING thru my ordering.. I order the same thing everytime. I ALWAYS ask for 2 extra zax sauces and 2 ranches AT THE BOX because I want to make sure I get them. This location either rings me up, but not for the amount I ask for.. rings me up and doesn't give them to me or doesn't even bother to ring it up at all. It's annoying that I ASK to pay for something and continually don't get them. Food isn't always hot and chicken strips are so small idk what I'm even paying for. The location is close to losing my business at this point, already switched locations because the one closet to my job is MORE RUDE then this one.
Terrible customer service. Got my order all wrong. Was very rude over the phone. Would not recommend if you value your time and money. The only thing they got right out of the 4 things, was a sweet tea. Ridiculous.
3rd time ordering from this restaurant and the third time they have messed up my order!!!! Their staff doesn't care nor improve the accuracy of their orders. I WILL NOT be going back again would rate less than one star if I could.
No celery with wings. Ordered a cobb salad only had cucumbers. Didnt want tomates but it didn't have an egg, bacon, onions or cheese. SMH! January 22 2022
The order was said to be ready at 7:30 pm. We arrived and the parking lot was empty, as well as the drive through. Upon trying to enter the establishment, the doors were locked despite us having a carry out order. We arrived at 7:45 pm to pick up our order only for it to not even have been started. The employees were sitting in the dining area laughing and talking instead of preparing meals. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, more like the third. It has become a common theme for this particular establishment to perform lowly in service and quality of food. I am highly disappointed with the service received. We didn’t receive our food until about 8:00 pm, which ended up being wrong.
Bad service sit in line for 30 mins and food left out the bag Leds to drinks not all the way on waste drink in car service use to be good idk what happened
If you get a 30 minute lunch, don't waste your time going here, you'll spend your entire break sitting in line. They have signs up saying the dining room is closed but it's really not, and once you get in line, you're just stuck there til you get through.As far as the food goes, I paid almost 12 bucks for a plate that was not at all worth it. I asked for extra crispy fries, and got barely warm, limp fries instead. Chicken also looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Definitely do not recommend that anyone go here. I know I certainly won't be back to this location

Food was lukewarm to cold which was opened 2 minutes after receiving. Sandwich looked like it had been pressed flat with an iron. Chewed roughly and fries which are usually great at most Zaxby's were half frozen and tasted like they all came from the end of a bread loaf.
