We waited in line for 34 minutes at Zaxby’s tonight behind a line of about 4 cars. We arrived at 9:50 pm and they closed at 10:00 pm. When we finally got to the screen where you order at 10:14, the man told us that they were closed. We explained that we waited for 34 minutes and the people in front of us still got to order and get food. We will never come back to this establishment.
Terrible experience!!! Wish I could give negative 5 stars. I went to order and they asked what I wanted with such a disrespectful tone. While I was trying to order the female cut me off by telling me my total and to pull around. I wasn't finished ordering. Like I've had issues several times with this place. I try to give them benefit of the doubt, BUT this will be my last time going to zaxbys. I guess that they only hire the most disrespectful people that don't care at all. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GO. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY SUPPORTING A FRANCISE LIKE THEM.
Not professional at al! We sat in the line for 25 mins before they closed and they didnt serve us just completely ignored us, and intentionally held the line so they didnt have to serve, Even though we showed up before 9:45pm! This is not the first time this has happened and i am not the first person this has happened to! In my honest opinion if they didnt want to work they shouldnt have showed up! Better yet just shut down the whole restaurant!
The food was good!!. however I don't like how they put your sauce. Under your bread I would prefer for the employees. To just place the sauce in my bag instead. Also their drive thru time needs work!!.
Always great tasting food/at times the chicken tends to be a bit on the tight side. It's not tender enough anymore.
Disappointed. Ordered Cobb zalad and they forgot egg and bacon on my salad. Called to speak to a manager but no one answered the phone.
Came through drive thru spent 30 plus dollars got food for family wifes salad was extremely small I got wings and things both wings and tenders were supposed to be dipped and neither were. Extremely disappointed tried to compensate with Texas Pete and just wasn't the same.
Disappointed with recent visit. The cheese bites were mostly empty. Most of it had escaped I guess. The signature sandwich had a bouncy weird texture. Threw it out after two bites. And it took forever to get it.
Food was good. The drive thru line was long but understandable.
Never fails! RAW CHICKEN! Are you trying to make people sick?! Temp your meat! Cook it fully! Do your job! It's not hard!
