Food is good. Service not so much. I parked in one of the pick up spots bc I ordered ahead online. I called as what the sign says and whoever answered first said okay come inside and pick it up. So I let her know I was parked in one of the pick up spots and would like for it to be brought out. She said oh well you don’t have a drink picked out so I told her I wanted to just tell her what I wanted and she was rushing me off of the phone. Didn’t even let me tell her what I wanted to drink and then said I was lying about being parked in a designated spot and HUNG UP. I waited, she came out and gave me a coke with my order. Unfortunately I had to ask her to send it back bc I didn’t order a coke…. Just not a great experience at all.
Last night, after using the Ladies restroom, I was at the sink washing my hands. In walks a, young, male worker. No knock, he just walked in! Afterwards, I spoke with him and a manager? (with long black and white braids). She said it was a public restroom, with two stalls. They saw NOTHING wrong with this behavior.
Service and food were both great. Most Zaxby's struggle with drive thru but not this location. Will definitely try this location again.
The service was bad. To many teenages on one shift. I think the only good thing out of the whole experience is the fact that there was kids in there working. Would have been better if they had adult supervisor on that shift to keep them focus so the line would not be wrapped around the building. I ordered a Zaxby's snack meal and when i left the drive thru still sitting in there parking lot i checked my order. They just gave me fries. No chicken and no toast. I had to get back in the drive thru line (because the lobby was closed) and wait another 20 minutes to get the rest of my order. At least my chicken was hot.
Everything was hot and fresh but the cashier had an ugly attitude. This causes you not to return to this location. I also feel when making fresh tea, it should be tasted before serving it to the customer.
Ordered on line, got on the drive thru waited 22 minutes when I got to the speaker and told then i came to pick up an order I was asked to come inside, i asked to please hand my PAID FOOD thru the window because i had to return to work asap they said its not ready, you have to come in side as i parked and went inside the bag was waiting for me. My order was placed at 12 waited an extra 22 min in the drive thru to make me come inside, if i wanted to come inside i would have just ordered inside folks.
They do the bare minimum and every time I come here it’s extremely slow. Below expectations for fast food and that’s saying something
Lobby was closed so had to use the drive thru, I almost left because we waited in drive thru for 25 minutes. The chicken sandwich were great, however the big zac snack was not great. The zac snack had under cook fries and over cooked or held beyond their hold time. We thought the food would be good since we waited so long in the drive thru.
I found the drive through service to be extremely slow.Rude, uncaring woman on attendance.
This is the worst food I've ever had...as soon as I put the bag in my car, the smell was immediately smelled like burnt paper. I had been in the drive thru for almost 30 mins. Once I got back to work, I could hardly eat the food because of the smell. The fingers and french fries were way overcooked...the only decent thing was slaw. Management needs to do something...the wait is ridiculous....3 girls hovering around the window...not sure how many cooks but there needed to be someone there to help and supervise! And no inside dining....ridiculous!!
