Has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to. Soda machine was so nasty and sticky...I almost gagged getting my drinks. Countertops and floors too. The people were nice but that has nothing to do with cleanliness. P.s. The fries were cold also. Like they had been sitting for a while waiting for our other food. Still no excuse.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! The service, the attitudes, and the food is downright trash. The wait time to get your food, takes hrs. I literally waited 2 hrs just to receive cold and stale food. The wings were unseasoned and cooked so hard, I’m surprised I didn’t chip a tooth. This place was pretty decent once upon a time.I don’t know who is managing it now, or who the franchise owner is, but this place is HORRIBLE and you should be ashamed of how bad it is!!! Words of advice, changes need to take place and soon, Before it goes under. I understand after the pandemic things have been rocky, but it’s still no excuse to serve paying customers that’s keeping this struggling restaurant afloat to be treated in this manner. Do better.

SHUT. IT. DOWN! No matter how many times I try to give them the benefit of the doubt after waiting MONTHS to give them another try, they are STILL AWFUL! The kids do nothing but play in the kitchen; watch customers walk through the door and make them wait while looking at them before they even approach the register; then approach the register nonchalantly like they don’t want to be there. To top it off, I purposely picked up my order an additional 20 minutes from the 45 minutes I was told to wait, to be told it’s NOT READY yet and they are waiting on chicken, yet it’s FIVE of them standing in the kitchen cursing, laughing and horse-playing around. And here I am waiting over an hour for the time I even ordered. While I’m sitting here there are other irate customers who’s ordered before me and haven’t gotten their orders. They were told that their order hasn’t even been started yet.

Placed an online order at 550pm for 40 wings, confirmation said order would be ready in 23 min. I arrived at 625 (10 min later than ready time) and was told it would 10 more min. 30 min after that is when I finally received my order. No "sorry for the wait" or anything. I watched 3 people have to go back to the counter after receiving their food due to mistakes. Luckily, mine was correct.

we ordered on a friday night around 8 online order, wife went in and grabbed it i will say we didn't check before leaving so partly our fault, on the other hand you would think a "professional" establishment would be able to give you the correct order. Either way arrived home to find out that we didn't get what we ordered decided (against my better judgement) that we should just eat what they gave us seeing as we live 20 minutes away from woodruff Rd we weren't gonna just turn around and back pedal. But anyways on to the food, the Food was straight hot trash, it was lemon pepper, boneless wings in BBQ sauce and what i think wingstop considers Garlic Parmesan. All tasted like butt, the boneless i have no idea why anyone would order boneless their literally just chicken tenders labled "boneless", the sauce unsatisfactory, not enough and not nearly coated well enough at all. The lemon peppers, DRIEST effing lemon pepper sauce ever tasted....a kool aid packet has more flavor. The garlic parmesan..... I've made better tasting food while 5 beers in after working a full day on planes.... disgusting, as far as customer service, my wife was the one who interacted with them, so 2 stars out 5....i would not recommend

I went into the place of business and ordered fries and a drink... So therefore I was waiting on fries. I waited for over 12mins then decided to say something. When I said something the young man(very nice) went and got my fries and I was on my way. However it shouldnt have even taken that long for just fries. Also, an employee was going from outside to the inside (kitchen area) and the way she was dressed was not professional or just not something to wear at work. She had on a tank top and sweat pants. It was over 5 ppl working and I had to wait over 10mins for fries. A couple came in after me and got their food before me and they had meals! I only had fries. The setting was just unprofessional really and the wait was uncalled for. Fries were great though!

Employees seem to enjoy working there. But, get the order out fast and then have fun. Pay attention to guest facilities like paper towels and bathrooms needing attention.Premium price should equal premium quality product.

Absolutely unacceptable for such an establishment. Cashier has attitude.. Does not explain.. Once I arrived I asked for extra sauce and to just charge me.. She said and I quite "it does not work like that" what doesn't work like that... Like you can't AFF anything to an order? Idk if it's training or stupidity but you can I'm not coming back.

Seasoning was very overpowering on the lemon pepper wings that I could barely eat them. Too much BBQ sauce as well but that isn't a problem. The problem is the old, slimy, and UNCLEAN veggies I received. I ordered veggies instead of fries. I know the carrots were old because they were mushy. The "slimyness" on the vegetables seeped through the wrapper AND the container that the veggies were in and onto my desk at work, giving me a mess to clean up. The celery had black particles all over it and the inside of the container was stained green. Completely, totally, ABSOLUTELY, unacceptable. I won't be eating from here again. It is unsafe and you should never serve something that you wouldn't feed your family.

The people were friendly but the food was awful. The fries were soggy, the wings were disgusting. For a wi g place to only have like 8 to 10 options of flavors is pathetic especially since it's only wings. Would go somewhere else.
