Terrible service–Walked in and had to seat myself, as I was not greeted or seated at all (even though they looked right at me). Mind you, the restaurant wasn't busy at all and there were plenty of employees just sitting around. After seating myself, there was another good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged and handed a menu by the young lady who was supposed to be the greeter and her just walking off and not saying a word.. Finally my server approaches me and I have to ask HIM for a soda before he walked off. The food was decent though. I was honestly perplexed as I noticed that the several guests who came after me were treated totally different…strange. I’m a respectable, paying customer and deserve to be there as much as them, correct? I would’ve left when I first noticed the weird treatment if it wasn’t storming outside at the time. Never coming back. I rarely leave super negative reviews like this but had to speak out on this one.
Upon arrival we (party of three) were told 20-30 wait (no problem)….while waiting, others entered after we did & no they were not waiting prior to is, several groups were seated before we were. Looking around they were seated in areas that would have accompanied us. When we were finally seated back by the stage where the band were setting up at a table that was empty the entire time that we were waiting. To top it off we waited another hour before receiving our food! Not to mention I saw when the waiter went over to the bar and put the order in, then she walks over to our table to say your food will be right out (Really). We travel to Greenville at least every three months to visit our grand baby, this is not our first time to this restaurant…but best believe it’s the last. Sorry but not sorry, the waiter missed out on a big tip. The hostess need more training and not to mention too many people were standing at the hostess station.
Lives up to the name, wings wings wings! Very good, nice sports bar vibe. Huge selection of drinks and beers.Try the Carolina reaper sauce!
They were understaffed so at 9pm we had a 15 minute wait. The hostess staff were very unprofessional and walked around the corner without even telling us she was seating us then came back and said "c'mon." We were sat down and out waitress immediately took our drink order. I ordered a pirates flag which was absolutely horrible but decided to take the hit. I usually ask for recommendations so it was my own fault. The red dragon wings were fantastic as always but the medium wings seemed to be plain with no sauce. There was no heat at all. The waitress was very attentive and even talked about braves baseball with me. If the hostess staff had been more professional I could of given 4 stars. I'll be back though.
So, food is good but the size of the wing for the price is not worth it. We ended up ordering some cheese fries now that was worth it. Our waiter was funny and great, sorry can't recall his name, but other food was good just overpriced for way to small wings. I would say for the amount of meat I got from ten wings would equal about two maybe three chicken nuggets.
The food was hot/fresh & so good! Those punch bags are everything! The chocolate martini was on point too??
Take out wings were very small and over-fried. Pizza was not cut all the way through so had to be re-sliced when we got home.
Where do I start? First we get seated and the table and booth are both disgusting. Left over sauce, crumbs on booth and old food stuck in the cracks of the booth. When our waiter finally decided to come greet us (15 minutes after being seated) I politely asked if he could have our table wiped down again, he the didnt say a word and just walked off. 5 minutes later the lady that seated us nicely wiped our table off and apologized. About 10 minutes later our waiter returns to get our order for drinks and an appetizer. Finally got that brought to us with no napkins or forks. He finally came back got our order which that came out pretty fast. But it was not hood at all... our wings were cold and just not good. We will be finding another place to get wings for 50$ this was not worth it at all.
Our group had an amazing time celebrating our wrestlers after an incredible 2021-2022 season at Wild Wing Cafe Greenville last night. The service, food, and atmosphere….AWESOME!Thank you to our servers who not only kept up with our wrestlers who were ready to EAT after SC state finals but provided prompt service with a friendly attitude, as well. ?We look forward to returning for future celebrations! ?
I ordered chicken and waffles, but the chicken turned out like this. The waffles were really good !
