I ordered the new frosty-ccino and asked them about fried pickles bc one of their menu items shows fried pickles on a sandwhich. She told me they don’t have fried pickles and that the sandwhich has onions on it. Those are definitely not onions on the picture. I asked for the fried onions as a side with the frosty-ccino. The onions were cold and the drink was beyond disgusting. Idk if the ingredients they used were old but it was super bitter and just plain gross.
I am not fond of fast food burgers but Wendy's bourbon bacon burger is the bomb dot com. I had an entire meal for less than $10....you can't even get that at gross McDonald's anymore. Thank u Wendy's!
Waited in line for five minutes the person goes in front of me I pull up no one says anything I wait another couple of minutes I pull forward it is now 1204 the lady is rude as can be open the window and says were closed I said I have been waiting back there no one said anything to me there were three other cars behind me so I pull forward and they said no you weren’t waiting back there the buzzer didn’t go off I’m in a 6000 pound truck with a cargo trailer behind me know the lady did not want to serve 81 because she wanted to close and was rude telling me I’m lying I was not back there. What are you expect from a 65-year-old woman making $10 an hour think she’s gonna want to do her job till they actually close or if she can close early and pretend no one‘s there she’ll take that opportunity it’s exactly what happened
My experience is never too great. I tried to add to my order at the drive thru window & it was an issue with the manager. He wouldn't allow it. I was given my first out of 3 bags & told that was my entire order, got my 2nd bag & was told that was my entire order. Like I said just not the greatest experience whenever I visit.
The service was great. The two females (one Caucasian and Asian) working the drive thru window were quick and friendly. However the Female of color wearing a black cap covering her hair was rude and arrogant. I’m assuming she was the manager. The way she spoke to the Ladies working the drive thru was ridiculous and out of line. The Caucasian female was obviously upset by the way she was being spoken too. Everyone is short staffed. You would think you would want to be nicer to employees! I would have quit right there and walked out letting her run the place since she thinks she can do it better.
This location has been one of the faster of alll the fastfood locations lately. My only complaint was last time I ordered I forgot to get my daughter's frosty and I asked to add it on at the window. They now make you go back through the line for all add-ons.
An older lady got an attitude with us after we told her we were missing some food. She refused to give it to us so another employee did. She doesn’t have any customer service skills, honestly don’t know how or why she was hired.
Waited 30 minutes in the line just to get to the speaker and nobody answer. Poor customer service at it's best. Hire more people or close your business.
About the best fast food of course that’s just my opinion.
Went inside to order because line was long at the take out window. Got the $5 meal deal and it was enough to feel full.Not much of a crowd on the dining room.
