I LOVE these burgers and don't get me started on the onion rings but the hours online to not correlate with the physical business hours. I've been disappointed multiple times coming here and the restaurant is closed at 530 or earlier, who knows?! But hours of operation is until 9pm on Google and website. Kills my whole mood personally when I've been waiting all day to get off work and enjoy my cheesy. It makes me not want to refer anymore else due to not knowing when they will be open
This is a great restaurant, with great food, but since Covid they have no regular hours and are closed more often then open. Their website and doors still have their regular hours listed, but it a complete guessing game as to when they will actually be open. We have just gotten use to calling ahead to see if someone answers before we waste our time driving there.
It has been a while since I had been here. It is much improved as far as the food, the prices, not so much, but... pretty good burger!
I just walked up to the front door with my daughter coming in to eat at 3:02pm when it says there open and as we are walking to the door the manger im assuming closes the door and locks it on the website it states the restaurant is open and yet she locks the door looks directly at us and walks off horrible horrible customer service and from manager at that!!!! not a good look for a company who advertise good and speedy customer service ??
Amazing food! Hands down best fast food burger. Worth the cost completely. Only gripe is the seating could be a little more clean. But the food made up for it. Get a shake too!!
The young lady that was on the grill was awesome, She was on the job and She had on gloves even two other guys that here working but the guy on the fries used no gloves and was licking his fingers after making another customers shake and scratching his nose & ears while doing fries. I am very glad he wasn't the one handling my food.
This has become my all time favorite restaurant. They have great customer service and are very respectful. 10/10 do recommend.
UPDATE: It's been a couple weeks since my review and we still have not heard anything back after emailing the company at the address they provided. Called again today, no answer....AGAIN...ORIGINAL REVIEW: I absolutely hate leaving reviews but here it goes..... My husband placed an order for our family and was charged for the food but when we arrived at the restaurant to pick it up it was pitch black inside because THEY WERE CLOSED! We still haven't received the money back for food WE NEVER RECEIVED. My husband gave up after calling three times (three days in a row) and not getting anyone on the phone. Oh and while we were sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out something else to get to eat a Door Dasher also pulled up and was shocked to see them closed. She had to take pictures of the restaurant to prove they weren't open so the customer wouldn't blame the Dasher and/or DoorDash for their order being canceled. Anyways, money wasted. We used to love eating here too.
Came here Feb 4 at 1pm and restaurant was closed with chairs up on tables.Very strange time to have a restaurant closed, May as well take the signs down too so people don't waste their time.
Great burgers, when they're open. Tried to order through app at 1 pm and earliest pick up time was 5:30pm. Called it in and was informed that they don't open until 4:30pm. So much for lunch. Website and door say 11am. This isn't the first time this has happened.
