Always been the Waffle House to go to,but last night was different.The " government affect " was in play (look up Biden/Democrats or Destruction of America).That's right ,one employee and tons of business!!This one employee's name is Stephanie and she was a rock star! Dedicated, Underpaid, and Unappreciated!! Working for survival in this crazy world of rude selfish customers that eat you alive if you don't already have their food in their mouths before they order.I give this store one star ,really just for the corporate hate.Five stars for the employee who works for us locals an all to eat !!
This is absolutely the worst Family Dollar Store that I have ever been to. There is a particular lady that I enteracted with today. This lady was so rude, and way out-of-line for the way she treated me. First of all, I didn't know that there was a time limit on how long that I could shop in this store. This lady literally told me that I had to get my stuff together and leave bc I had been in the store almost two hours. Wow, really? She actually yelled this at me from the front of the store, while I was closer to the back of the store. So, now after being embarrassed and a bit upset, I picked up my personal belongings and left my grocery cart, exactly where I was, which, mind you, there was probably a good $100 or more dollars worth of products in my cart. My limit today was to try and keep it under $200. So. Now this store has lost this couple hundred dollars that I was planning on spending in this store!! And furthermore, I will not be coming back to this store. I really haven't ever been so disrespected by an employee at any store that I have shopped at in the past, ANYWHERE!!! And not only was I a paying customer, but I also have spent several hundreds of dollars in this chain within the past few months. But, I won't spend another penny in this store as long as this women is working there! Just plain rude!!!
I have only gone twice during 3rd shift. Once got told they were out of a main menu item. The second time, as I pulled up a man shook his head in the window indicating to me that they were not going to let me in. Don’t know what’s going on with the 3rd shift crew, but something needs to be done about it. I go down the street now to the other ones. Don’t bother with this location.
Waited 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged the fact we needed to order. Place was dirty.
My favorite place for breakfast when I'm down south. Everything is cooked right infront of you. The waffles are the best. Just absolutely love everything in the waffle house.
Was not busy, waitress had her left hand wrapped in gauze like she'd been in hospital. Very slow, food was on counter to be taken to customers and they just sat there about 10 mins getting cold. The cook was on his phone the whole time I was there, wearing ear buds. Apparently ran out of grits and was making them for each order til he finally made a big pot.. runny not good grits either. First and my last time here. The waitress then disappeared to go take a break eating toast, she had to be hunted down by cook outside to get her to give customers ticket to pay.Cook still talking on his phone 30 minutes later when leaving.. never again will I go here... beware folks.
Act more professional and not have your customers ask for their food and drink
The breakfast was so good and my eggs were perfect. The service was the best I have ever had at a Waffle House. Thank you kind people keep up the great work. The time was close to lunch where Simpsonville SC.

The bacon, egg and cheese was really good!!!!!! It reminded me of when I lived in New York.
