This place is a bad place to take any kids for a late night dinner. There are two waitress that are hateful and as me and my kids were eating they were yelling and throwing things at other customers. Then when we walk outside one of them was yelling at one of the other waitress and we were standing there watching and then she walked up to us and started yelling at us and the the other one came out and started threatening to call the cops on me.
We live less than a mile away and it’s a shame because the last several times we went in there the service is just bad. Waffle house food is waffle house food it’s good on the go. I would never recommend this restaurant on Whitehorse Road though because we went in one day sat down while the lazy waitresses never even came over we sat there for about five minutes we walked out and not one person said hello or goodbye. It should be noted that this happened around 10 or 11 o’clock at night after most restaurants had closed that’s why we went there. We thought we would give them another try was disappointed once again.
Ate here a couple of times in the past couple of weeks. I love waffle House because hash browns are my life! When we order for our whole family it's usually tough for any restaurant to get our complete order right with six of us. The first time only one thing was left off of our order but the waitress and the cook were quick to rectify it and we're super polite and accommodating. The second time my order was completely right, and the waitress (different one) and the cook ( same one) were again super friendly. I think it may be better to go when they're not quite as busy, but I still give them a thumbs up ?
It's terrific food. Always a great bacon cheese omelette & hash browns. Usually doesnt have much wait. But the employees are mostly working very hard and quickly. Also close to my house. My fav for breakfast!
This is a Waffle Home. Kristy always takes good care of us. They got my boyfriend's bacon extra crispy just like he likes it. Very friendly service and hot comfort food.
Harlie was a very rude server. I will NEVER have her serve me again. Everyone else was super nice. I couldn’t even eat my food because I was so upset. RIDICULOUS!!!
We had a very nice late lunch. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Very clean and safe with staff immediately cleaning any area that had been occupied by guests. We were greeted by a man named Jeff and he made us want to return. Reasonable pricing for good food and good people there. Highly recommend.
One of the best waffle houses. We only pass by it at non peek times, but the staff is friendly and the food it some of the best to come off a waffle house griddle
We had a very nice waitress and we got to talking to her ....she told us her house burnt down a few days prayers to our visit and she still had her head up high ....God bless her and her children... I stared crying and she said don't cry ...I look at her and I could not stand there like she was and keep it all together so please I don't remember her name but if yall go please donate something for her and her children....
Such wonderful characters at Waffle House. Nothing like a large dinner plate waffle with butter and all the sides. Waffle House-- it's a southern thing.
