Standard waffle house but with a tired, over worked and incompetent server. She complained to the customers about how she was working on her off day. Boo hoo. We all are. Grow up lady! If you don't like your job hit the road!
Up until a week ago I would have given 5⭐, the cooking is delish, but last week I had a server add $20 to her tip, and I will not be back to this location till she's gone....
Waffle House is either a hot or miss, it's either great or horrible. The staff at this one has always been polite, friendly and fast so this is one of the good ones ?
This was a rather disappointing visit to this location. First there were only two people working inside and they had most seats roped off. That was disconcerting. We asked the guy behind the counter if they were open and he just shrugged his shoulders. Not reassuring. Service was quite poor, the food as always was excellent. We both had breakfast. Would not go back to this location.
The cook was amazing. Did a great job of making my food top quality, even though he was very busy and short staffed. Worth a visit for sure.
There was only 1 cook & 1 waitress... food was ordered & cooked promptly, customer service was great... food was good & fast made to order!!!
Usually waffle House is good but this time it was like s*** so nasty we couldn't eat the food and when we told the cook they just laughed about it
Being a truck driver looking for easy access to pick up food before hitting the road, this place sits logistically perfect for that. However, in a span of 15 minutes of repeated phone calls to place an order, nobody answers the dang phone.
Although the staff was very friendly, and the food was well prepared, the restaurant was not very clean. The Barking Dog in the parking lot and the screaming child running around that belong to one of the staff made it difficult to eat.
Great food and service, fast, friendly, affordable, and I will definitely be back now that they are OPEN 24HRS. A DAY EVERY DAYThank You,Stephanie Roberts
