My husband and I love this Waffle House. It is a top spot for a quick weekend sit down meal. It can get crowded at times but they are quick to get people in and out. The waitresses are great and always greet us when we come in to eat! Food always comes out quick and is fresh and hot. Prices are good for the food you get. The dining room is fully open and no masks are required inside.
This location has horrible customer service skills. I stood in line and waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. No greeted me and told me the estimated wait time until 10 minutes. The employee stated that there would be a wait for her to take to go orders when she took someone else’s order right in front of me.
It's a Waffle House, so food is the same and pretty good. But the service was not great, minus a start, for unfriendly and arrogant lady and man serving and cooking. I was slow to order and they were inpatient. Also, still using the COVID excuse to keep the bar area closed with caution chain. Minus a start for not allowing seating at the bar... even if only spaced out.
Food was EXCELLENT!SERVER Patsy was above EXCELLENCE!!!FEMALE MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL... Seriously screaming at me for talking about 'there goes more unseated customers' leaving. Why? Because they don't have enough confidence in Patsy to handle the restaurant.They had a capacity of 8 customers. As you entered the WAFFLE HOUSE, all the tables to the right were roped off. The complete counter and all the way around the end was roped off. CUSTOMERS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SET IN ANY OF THIS AREA!! SO MANY LEFT. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?Managers are unreal in this particular WAFFLE HOUSE.
Only had one server and one cook working. So limited in the amount of people they could serve, but they were phenomenal and the food was cooked right and fresh! Super nice people as well!
Look, before anyone challenges me on my five stars for this place, let's put it in perspective. I am not comparing this to a chops steakhouse or three star Michelin restaurant. But if you want a warm, fresh and fast meal, with the friendliest staff around, then you should go to this Waffle House.
Wonderful experience. Dorothy gave excellent service and has a great personality. All of the food was fresh and piping hot. The cook on duty is very good at what he does. This is one of the best Waffle House locations I have ever visited.
Great food and excellent service...I must appreciate the patience and quality of service during the heavy rush on a winter storm (1/16/2022)...i was really happy to this was open ...Really appreciate the work. Thank you.
Very clean with limited seating for safety.Service and food was very good. Coffee was just right too. Definitely one of the better Waffle House's around.
Craving hash browns after the local brunch restaurants closed? That was our dilemma, so my son recommended WH. (I hadn't been to one in several years.) He ordered the Cheesesteak Bowl, and I got the Patty Melt Bowl. Both come with cheese and grilled onions, and can be customized. As always, the food is reasonably priced and cooked to order. The staff were friendly. Restaurant is clean, for the most part.
