Always amazing food, wonderful/friendly service and clean establishment! We're so happy more locations are opening outside of Charlotte. Viva Chicken and this location is extra special to us as they created the best, memorable gender reveal surprise. Kudos to Lane and her team! She is a great manager! We sincerely thank you!
Lane , the manager was extremely pleasant to deal with ! She rectified a mistake that the restaurant made & went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my experience when I returned . I thank her for being genuine and carrying such a beautiful spirit . Customer service is hard to come by these days so this experience was refreshing ! Food is always fresh and staff has incredible customer service. Very upbeat and friendly. I love that it's healthy and whole ingredients but still packed full of flavor. LOVE this place so much. The Tacu bowl with all white meat is my favorite!
Every time they never disappoint! The food is fresh and excellently seasoned. That mild sauce tops everything in my chicken bowl off so well. Today I ordered a small order of plantains which were cooked to perfection. The caramel filled churro was such a delightful light dessert. The receipt recap before I take my food home is always spot on.
We come here every Saturday for lunch and it is always wonderful. The cashier Trell, always knows our order and is such a great employee. All companies should have employees as kind as he is. Today we told the manager how great he is and the manager was equally as kind and it made me very happy that he shared the positive feedback we gave to him. That’s a great manager! Not all managers/places do that. So happy to see such caring people.
Probably the best food I ever had..plus the service was excellent! The Mexican looking dude was very nice and even offered to take my dirty plate.
I have been eyeing Viva Chicken for a few months now so we decided to check it out. We really appreciated the cheerful hospitality from Daakwam, Josh, and Rachelle during our visit. And above all, the food was great! Our choices were the Quarter Chicken with plantain (delicious), a Wrap "The Great", and the Arroz Chaufa rice bowl with pulled chicken. Additionally, the Herbal Limeade was refreshing and I can't wait to try more menu items next time. ? Thank You..
Don’t waste your time or money going here. I’m Peruvian myself and this is nothing like authentic Peruvian food. Every time I go, my food is always cold and they take forever to bring it back but this last time has been the WORST. Dark meat is not supposed to be undercooked. My chicken was literally pink and not cooked well. I complained and one of the employees in Greenville, SC said it’s supposed to be like this. Really? It’s supposed to be raw just because it’s dark meat? On top of that, I didn’t get a single apology. Nothing at all. She looked at me like I was saying something crazy. This is completely nasty.
So I'm not quite sure if I like this place or not... I got something smile fried and a pulled chicken sandwich.. the fries were ok not sure if they just taste the way they do or if they actually had some parts that were not completely cooked... The chicken sandwich which I will admit I did take a few things off which left me with just bread chicken that mayo they use and the tomato they use... I was asked if I wanted sause of course I asked for bbq and was told they didn't have so I said none.. man that was a mistake... please ask the test the sauce or something and find one you like cause that sandwich was toooo dry.. whos to blame idk cause I thought the Mayo would be good enough and it's not ...so maybe get Mayo on both side or please add the sauce .. will try again when I'm back that way to see if the results are the same ...
I never write a review so this is really saying something. My wife and I wanted something different to eat today so we tried Viva Chicken. Guys, when I tell you first of all the customer was amazing. The lady helped us figure out what would be good since we never been there before. Have mercy when I seen the food I didn't want to eat it because it was so beautiful. When I tasted it...Jesus.... I am in love with this place! The food is so amazing, flavorful, fresh, healthy, delicious, and fulfilling. I'm just upset that they aren't in Spartanburg because I could eat this everyday!
