This is my favorite place to go with friends or family. The website and app make it easy to reserve a bay and monitor your wait time. The app allows you to track your scores over time. Awesome food and drink selection. I've liked every meal I have ordered. The staff are always helpful, personable, and check on your party often to refill drinks and take food orders. It's always fun to select more difficult game styles once you have gotten into a groove playing the basic game mode. While you wait for a bay, or after your games are complete, there is a bar inside that offers free pool.
One of the nicest top golfs I have seen. Looks impressive from the outside and inside it is even better. The staff is outstanding. We met a manager named Maggie that was so helpful! Could not have asked for a better time there!At Saturday at 2pm it was slam full and we heard a few hour wait is needed from 4pm onwards ?!Loved and the max and cheese bites are to die for.
Awesome family friendly, semi-outdoor golf experience! Three stories of fun! I love how spacious and well equipped each bay is. You don’t even need to bring your own clubs as each bay comes with a full set ready to go! Moreover, Friendly Servers wait on each bay delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. Full bar is nice too. So many massive tv’s cover the walls broadcasting various sporting events in the atrium. They even have two pool tables and a tiny pro shop. This place is ridiculously over the top cool and it’ll cost you a pretty penny, but it’s definitely worth it! Dare I say, is Topgolf the new bowling?
Well, I discovered that Topgolf is only interested in your business if you are drinking; otherwise, don’t expect to be helped politely. Micah and I wanted to try it out, so we got on the “waiting list” which told us the wait time was 1.5 hours. Fine. After 1 hour 45 minutes, I finally got a text that said “your bay is almost ready. Text HERE when you are here and ready to play.” So I texted back. The system then said “we’ll text your bay number to you soon.” Then, nothing. After 10 minutes, I finally flagged down an employee and politely asked how much longer it would take. He snapped back, “At least 15 minutes” and walked off quickly. At that point, my wife and daughter were almost ready to be picked up, so I just canceled and left. I’m so thankful I didn’t pay the $40 to play at their facility! If I want to spend $40 to play golf, I’ll do it locally at one of the actual courses where I can get my money’s worth and talk to polite people.
I came to Topgolf Greenville today with my four children, to celebrate my wedding anniversary. My husband and I planned to come here together, but sadly he passed away in November 2021. Having never been here before, we didn't know what to expect, but everything was explained to us thoroughly. I really appreciated that! Our server Andrew was attentive and very helpful. I'm sure people may get anxious when someone comes in with a bunch of kids(I work in the service industry - I know) but he was wonderful. I can't wait to come back...we all had a great time and appreciate the hospitality and great food!
