On my way to Sptbg Walmart, east side, I noticed Seafood Spot. I had never heard of it but everyone was shocked to hear that it closed after a short time. One friend said, food truck! Yes, I agree. I know eveything is going up so food trucks are the way to go. I am going to check out the Greenville location because I love the idea of have good fresh seafood prepared for me! I love that they require masks, and we will carpool to deal with the limit parking. See photo taken off the Sptbg location.
Best seafood in Greenville!
First time here. Everything was on point and delicious. I'll be back for sure!
The food was just okay. But, it was the customer service for me! Body language was the worst! And when our orders were taken it was like we was bothering him when asking about the sauce and things on the menu. I was so embarrassed because me and a co worker wanted some seafood and came here. The service was horrible!! Try to support but this was not acceptable. Will not be returning!
Absolutely delicious! Seasoned to perfection!!! The customer service was phenomenal!
The food was delicious! I would definitely go back again. The only thing is that between theMs. Martha with Shrimp plate$19 and the Garlic Snow Crab and Garlic Shrimp plate$35 there’s a $16 difference and the plates are literally the exact same on amount of food!!!! The only thing that changes is the flavor I guess?…We walked up to the front to show both our plates and asked.. how is it that we both got the same amount of food when one of us payed $16 more!!?They said that bc one cluster was small on the $19plate they added another. That’s it. Nothing else was said at all. Well they all were small including on the $35plate.Save your extra $16!!Definitely disappointed on that. Bc that’s literally the price for another plate of food.
We've heard about this place for years but never went. Why? I don't know, and I'm mad it took us this long. Our service was great and our food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
The food is pretty good. The portions seem small. The service has been slow on both of my visits. The soda fountain has been out of order in different ways on both visits.
The food is cooked to order. I love freshly cooked food. The fries did not taste like they were cooked in the fish grease. The grease was definitely fresh. I had the whiting basket and my husband had the flounder basket. They were reasonably priced and very much worth it. Definitely will be back.
My young child and I ordered two crab leg plates for $32 each. The crab was delicious; however, the legs were very tiny with minimal meat inside. My young (tiny) child complained of still being hungry afterwards. While we dined in the restaurant, the food was served in to-go containers with to-go utensils (not the best for the environment). We were given metal crackers to crack the crab legs, but no metal fork. It was difficult to open up the legs with the flimsy plastic to-go fork. The napkins they give you are super flimsy. You have to use 30 or so when you’re dealing with the crab, which they soak in tons of sauce. There is no trash bucket on the table, so the cracked legs and napkins pile up. Also, the staff was not friendly and treated us like a huge inconvenience, despite us being their only customers and despite me telling them this was our first time visiting. We were there at lunch time.
