Great place, very accommodating of our dogs. Food, beer and service were excellent (thanks Josh) highly recommend, we'll definitely be back when we in town again. The pimento cheese poppers were a real treat!

We came in for Sunday brunch. When we arrived it looked like a bit of a wait. Due to the current staffing shortage there were plenty of tables but only 2 maybe 3 servers. We were told 10 minutes. So we proceeded to the bar. After about 20 minutes hubby goes and checks on our wait. We were informed they called us. His phone was on the bar and no calls or texts came it. They could also see us at the bar. But they quickly seated us in the sun room. They seated us at a small table. We asked if we could have a bigger table and were told they were for larger parties only. We sat so long that we were thinking they forgot about us. Finally our server comes over for our drinks. By then we knew what we wanted and just ordered drinks and our meal. Hubby gets an IPA and I get tea. He gets an omelet and I get their biscuit holes. Again and through out our visit everything is slow moving. Our meal eventually arrives and is great. Mine is a fried blueberry dough with a lemon glaze for dipping. I get 6 huge holes and brought 3 home for breakfast tomorrow. Hubby's omelet is a good portion with toast but doesn't include any potatoes or meat. No complaints on the food. The service just leaves much to be desired. We were here over 90 minutes. It took forever to get anything. I asked for a refill on my tea. I got it when the bill came. I asked for a TOGO box. I finally had to get my own. And our server walked by the table 4 or 5 times before finally grabbing the check. Thank goodness we were not in a hurry. And when we ordered drinks from the bar, the bartender was less than pleasant and acted like we interrupted her. The restaurant is beautiful. You can see where the vats for Brew making. They have a gorgeous sun room area and patio that are pup friendly. They have an extensive bar selection and features many local brews. Rich tried 3 different IPAs and loved them. I noticed the grits were from a local mill. They are kind of hidden away off Woodruff Rd and close by Frankie's Fun Park. I would certainly give them a second try. But again we won't be in a hurry when we go.

We came here for a drink while waiting for a nearby restaurant to have a free table, and were pleased with the broad selection of beers. For non-drinkers, the bartender made excellent mocktails. Service was good (our server had several tables and came to tell us she’d be with us in a moment—a good touch rather than leaving us waiting. Reasonable prices, and a good setting. We didn’t try the food and those can’t comment. But if you want a beer you’ll be glad you came here.

The most pleasant surprise of the day! 10 or 12 of the house beers and 20+ guest local taps and a beer engine for cask. The food looked great. Service was prompt even with the Happy Hour crowd and our beers were tasty indeed! I had House Hefffie plus Magnetic South stout, son had a lager , my daughter a Berliner and ALL were on point.. Can't wait to come back!

My daughter, two granddaughters and I came in to Habitap today for the first time. We arrived mid afternoon, during happy hour. When we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or out, we said, “We are happy either way. Whichever would be fastest.”It took FOREVER to get our food. Two kid burgers, a sandwich and a house salad. We were literally in the restaurant an hour and a half just for a late lunch. No crowd to blame it on either.I really wanted to like this place. It has a cool vibe, the food was really tasty after we finally got it, and they have a great selection of craft beer. So, on my way out I decided to ask at the reception desk if this slow service was the norm or was today an exception. One young man was sitting at the desk and another was standing chatting with him. When I asked, they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. The one sitting said that he didn’t work there, yet he is at the reception desk. Honestly, it was so unprofessional.

I don’t understand how you couldn’t like this place! The atmosphere if really nice even though some bars and restaurants can’t recreate that feeling. Every time I walk through those doors I feel right at home. I would love to point out that the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Not to even mention that the food is mouth watering. There are words that cannot describe the feeling when you have the first bite. So to Alicia, Niko, Christina, and the rest of the staff: Thank you do doing what you do! :)

We've been before and enjoyed our experience but tonight we were there for almost an hour before our food arrived. We were told at 6:30 that our food would be right out and 20-25 minutes after that statement (and we had already been waiting) we got it to go because we needed to leave. The appetizer and kids meal were good, they were ordered separately, but the service provided on the adult meals was nonexistent. What we ordered was fish and chips and chicken tenders, so nothing that would take exceptionally long. If you want to go for a drink, it's great, if you want to go for food, the service is less than impressive.

In love with the atmosphere and food! If you’re looking for a delectable brunch along with some bottomless mimosas then this is the spot for you. The outdoor seating is such a vibe. The indoor decor is stunning. The place will speak for itself once you go!

They did have decent beer on tap, but we paid almost $40 for 4, 12 ounce pours. We were shocked at the price. We were going to eat, but we could not continue as 4 drinks were almost $9 a piece. We try all taprooms and breweries and this was by far the most expensive place we have gone to.

Habitap and their publicist invited us to try a couple of flights from Greenville's newest brewery, Habitual Brewing, located in the same facility. They offered a couple of appetizers to sample from the menu- the self-proclaimed "beer nerds" on staff recommending the Pimento Cheese Poppers (house made pimento cheese, served with red pepper jelly on the side, $8.95) and we selected the Hummus Plate (also with red pepper jelly, olives, crudite, naan bread, $9.95). Both of the appys exceeded expectations, and were a generous portion. We tried two flights, one on the lighter side with a wheat, and a kolsch from Habitual, paired with Peachful from Highland and a sour strawberry rhubarb from Edmund's Oast- surprisingly good, but the home team's kolsch won out in this flight. We also had four from Habitual- the favorite being the Red Ale called The Wright Stuff. But the collab with Liability Brewing, "It's Not Getting Any Smarter Out There", other than truer words have not been spoken, was a strong second favorite in this flight. The folks at Habitap really know their stuff, and it's easy to root for their success with this new venture. Candice Campbell is head brewer (she was previously at Liability), she's the only black woman head brewer in the Upstate, finding her way quite successfully in a male-dominated profession. Habitap has been close to the brewing community locally and had been tossing around the idea of adding their own brewery- they had many customers asking why that hadn't. They look at this as a way to showcase not only their own beers, but beers from all across the country. There are 50-plus beers on tap. Candice says she likes to see creative brews, but at the same time, an IPA should taste like an IPA! Both the adventurous and the more cautious beer drinkers can both find something to like here. We even were treated to a new lager still finishing the brewing process, and it might have been the best of all! Give these folks a try, it's a wonderful experience of beer discovery.
