Great place to eat! Friendly workers and great atmosphere!

Went to TGI Fridays on Woodruff Rd yesterday. Hadn't been in a while so we wanted to get a few drinks with a meal. The hostess acted as if he had a problem with seating us. We felt kind of rushed to order our food. The wine glass was dirty. I got another one of course. The ribs heavily depended on the sauce for flavor. Just not the swell time I imagined.

the service was very good and the food was even better ?

From the time we walked in we should have walked right back out! A reason it was dead. The host was sitting on the floor when he finally got up and seated us, we then waited 20 minutes before our server even came to take our drink order. Want to know the best part of my entire experience here? The water in all my years eating at restaurants i thought i would never say that. The food was either burnt or undercooked. 54 dollars for food i honestly would not feed my dog. Now here's the part that baffles me if i could have brought it to the servers attention i would have this individual had 3 tables and you never saw her. She then brought us the ticket and said do you want dessert or what? Had she been attentive she would have noticed none of us touched our food. i watched her with every table she had and none of them seemed to enjoy their experience and how could we say anything when we never saw her. I would give my trip and negative 10 if i could.

Our waitress was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She left our family unattended for long periods of time and then had the nerve to take a family order that only been sitting 5 minutes into their arrival. Meanwhile our family was sitting 25-30 minutes still waiting for our order to be taken. To make it so bad the family only had 4 members and they was sitting directly behind my large family. Never once did the waitress engage with our family and I assume it was due to us being a large family with 5 kids l. I definitely learned to not take my family out for dinner at TGI Friday. The environment was a negative with rude staff

Pulling up, the parking lot was riddled with trash. The ashtray and trash cans were overflowing with trash. Once entering the vestibule, we had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The floor was very slick, like it had been mopped with a greasy mop. The men's room floor was freshly mopped, and very wet. There wasn't a single wet floor sign to be seen. The server acted like it was a bother to wait on us. We ordered a flat iron steak and a burger entree. The steak was to be MR & the burger MW. They reversed the items and sent a MW steak & MR burger. What made it worse was the server never came to check on us, but did ask if everything was good, as he strolled by with food for another table. He left that table and went a different route away from our table. The next time we saw our server was when he took the other table more water. He had a plastic bar cup of water that he refilled their drinks with, and then stopped and poured what was left into the closet cup to him at our table, even though my cup was empty. We declined dessert and he brought the check. This place has gone down hill terribly. I'm not upset that I'm moving to an area where there isn't a TGI's.

We have ordered from here a ton lately and the food has been absolutely phenomenal every time! Not sure who or what is behind it but we are very impressed. It's definitely a new family favorite. The service has been great as well!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. My fiancé and I ate at this restaurant last Saturday and the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We waited for over an hour to be seated because they were “busy”. When we got the call that they had a table ready, we walked through the dining area and there were maybe 5-6 tables that were being used. My fiancé asked one of the hosts if they were short staffed and the kid said “no there’s just a lot of people” where??? There was hardly anyone inside. They could’ve gotten us seated a lot earlier and lost a bunch of customers because they were saying they had 16+ people waiting on a list. Well we get to our table and we get seated by an unfriendly waitress who barely came to our table. Once we received our meals it was disgusting. I ordered their plant based burger which tasted like it was freezer burned. We did happen to see one manager there that was mostly standing in the kitchen and would pop his head out rarely. My point is there’s no excuse for laziness and it’s poor business when customers are being turned away and the hosts are saying they don’t even have an expected time that the customers can be seated. While my fiancé and I were inside getting our names written down we saw about 10+ people leave just because they didn’t want to seat anyone. I really hope management sees this post and will make a change

This is a awesome place to go. I know a lot of you have mix feelings about this TGI Friday’s. But the lady who helped us was nice. And my cheese burger and fresh fries were good.

great food and fun with my friends and my family
