I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances but every time I go by they are constantly out of the most basic items. If you by accident ask for something they are out of the workers get hostile. This place either needs a management change or to be shut down.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell. Corporate needs to come in and help this store. Every employee acts like you are the biggest inconvenience to their existence. I have yet to come to this taco bell and have a pleasant experience, just bad attitudes and wrong orders.
The store manager is so rude and nasty idk how her employees stay she is not giving good customer service after hearing how she was talking to the customers before me and her employees I wouldn’t dare eat here she is ratchet and embarrassing to black women like literally all the negative stereotypes about us having nasty attitudes she is one of the reasons why. How is this the store manager? ??♀️
I went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull around the building and they would bring the food to me. This is nothing but cheating their 'service time' timer. When i turned the corner, there were 6 other cars waiting for their food. They had a girl literally walking around the parking lot carrying 1 bag of food at a time asking what people had. At one point she was standing at the door yelling out what food she had in her hand. It took me FIFTEEN MINUTES to get a single item. That is about the trashiest thing I've seen in a while. I'll never go back.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. Two associates cursing and threatening to quit over being asked to wear an apron. Leaving multiple items off the order and the amount of sauce that was given was a joke. Having to explain to my child to not say multiple different curse words that he just heard while waiting for food was not part of what I’d expect when spending my money somewhere.
This place almost always has an issue. I've recieved tacos missing meat, flat sodas, long wait times, orders all together not accurate. Generally the staff are friendly and I'm sure doing their best.
I was at the drive through, and the person said to come inside to order. I drove around to the front and parked. I went to the door and it was locked. The employees inside were standing around and motioned for me to drive around and said I had to order through the drive through. I got back in my car and drove back through the drive through. The same employee told me a second time that I had to come inside to order. I said that I was just at the door and it was locked and I had to order through the drive through. I said no thank you and left.
This is the 2nd bad experience that I have had with this Taco Bell at Cherrydale within 2 weeks! Both times the female taking the orders through the drive thru had such a bad attitude. She was so hateful that I could hear how she was talking to the people in front of me when they ordered. They asked her a question and I could hear her say loudly “I asked you if this is 1 order or 2 orders” and when they answered she said something else in a hateful way to them. So when I get up to order, at one point she acted as if she if she didn’t hear me so when she didn’t say anything I repeated my order. She said “I heard you the first time”! When I drove up to the window the girl at the window had a smirk on her face. This is so uncalled for!!!!!! If I were their manager they would be fired on the spot for that type of customer service!!!!!!
Please don’t waste your time going here. Just left this Taco Bell.. Half my order was missing, my drink was filled halfway and they gave us 3 chips with my nacho and cheese order.Wish I payed more attention to all the things before I left. Should of known better as the employee who didn’t say one word to me as she gave me my food.
12-9-2021 @2034... Went to drive through but she said I have to order inside despite serving other customers in the Drive-Thru at the time. A major inconvenience just so she can shave time off her drive-thru speeds.
