Some of the best sushi I have ever had - it was sooooo good and the presentation (for delivery) was immaculate. 10/10

My server was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. I highly encourage to try out their sushi rolls and the cocktail. Ask them for their alcoholic beverages, especially the orange juice Japanese one. The place was very clean and I got exactly what I expected. Definitely worth the money. Will come again for sure.
Normally love coming here and had been our go to for sushi. However, tonight was a weird experience. Both of us ordered the poke-don plate but neither dish came out matching the menu descriptions. My plate was almost the same but included croutons (I avoid gluten for health reasons so had to pick all those off). My husband’s was missing ingredients but also had peanuts, cashews, milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips?? We asked 2 different servers about it and all they could say was: “sometimes the chefs would make it different ways”. Very odd experience over all. Probably won’t be back.Update: husband got food poisoning so def won’t be back
The past couple experiences I've had at Sushi Hana were all phenomenal with no negative aspects in terms of food quality or service. Specifically, my recent server Linda was excellent, friendly and timely! Despite the pricey “signature” rolls, which the selection is pretty extensive, the price is justified by the great quantity and quality of the sushi rolls. Including my S/O always enjoys their hibachi, and even their appetizers such as the gyoza, tempura and crab Rangoons are great. I would personally recommend anyone that enjoys Japanese and Asian cuisine, or anyone willing to try should start at this restaurant.
The best thing I can write is the waitress was delightful & clearly overworked. Ordered the Sashimi regular and the smallest portions I have ever seen in my life came out: 1” x 1”. Half of the pieces weren’t even cut through on the corners. They advertise omakaze in the menu. I dread the thought.
I went to dinner tonight. I notified the server that I have celiac disease and asked that they put an allergy note next to my order of sashimi. The order arrived almost 45 minutes later with fried tempura, eel sauce and imitation crab (usually all gluten products). I asked the server to confirm that the dish was prepared gluten free. They told me to just move the tempura off to the side. I explained that this could not be done because I had to be careful of cross contamination. The chef came out and I explained to him what the issue was with my meal. He said he would prepare another plate for me. The new plate arrived and it was obvious that he had just swapped plates and removed the sauce and tempura. The sauce was still on the food that he brought out! My partner ate his food but I was not able to eat and requested that they take the plate back and remove it from my ticket. We had to leave and find a better establishment that understands how to accommodate food allergies. The restuarant showed no remorse and had a complete lack of knowledge when it comes to protecting its patrons!
I wish I can give this place 5 stars because the servers were so nice and friendly. I also appreciated how their menu had a lot of pictures of their rolls. But the sashimi didn’t seem very fresh, and the rolls were mushy. However, it wasn’t bad for a $15 lunch special, and I’ve also had worse. So I would go back ?
